Italie Metro Station， Rennes附近住宿

Buono accogliente e a soli 500m dal centro di Rennes. Camere piccole ma molto accoglienti, personale cordiale e molto disponibile. Colazione abbondante con roba fresca e? Molto buona da gustare prima di una giornata in città. Molto vicino alla stazione. Unica pecca non ha propio parcheggio, e nel periodo in cui abbiamo alloggiato noi causa gara podistica abbiamo parcheggio al sotterraneo della stazione per un totale di 38€!!!. Apparte questo inconveniente da provare ottimo.

Location is perfect, steps from the train station, where most of the local buses also leave from. Old City is easily reachable by foot. Warm welcome at the reception, my single room was very small but did perfectly the trick for a short stay. Bed was comfortable, temperature was ideal. Bathroom just as small but with a decent size shower box, which I think it's where the space should be if the bathroom is not huge. Room was clean, some paint was peeling off the ceiling and it is in need of a hand of paint. Did not try the breakfast. Overall a perfect stay and would definitely stay there again.

Dès l’entrée, cela ne vous incite pas à ouvrir la porte du bureau d’accueil ! L’entrée de votre chambre:idem. La faute est-elle imputable aux techniciens(es) de surface ? Manifestement NON. Les photos sont la preuve irréfragable et «  cela ne date pas… d’hier ». L’hypothèse la plus probable est la suivante : d’un côté, les matériaux mal choisis et non adaptés à la construction et d’un autre côté, la gestion relevant de la négligence coupable dans le chef de la direction de l’hôtel. En général, l’entretien global est défaillant : vitres des chambres ne font pas partie d’un planning de nettoyage régulier. Pas de panneau routier pour vous indiquer où se trouve l’hôtel (bonne chance si vous n’avez pas de GPS). A l’arrivée, l’hôtel se trouvant en retrait de la voie publique : pas d’enseigne B&B. Un appareil automatique pour vous faire livrer un repas mais les restos indiquent : fermé ! Pas d’eau pétillante dans le distributeur, tout comme les boissons « sans sucre ». Cet hôtel porte préjudice à la réputation bien connue de la chaîne B&B. En l’état actuel, je déconseille cet hôtel.

Bel hôtel mais manque d'entretien pour un 3 étoiles, la moquette de la chambre est très sale et particulièrement tâchée, il semblerait qu'une réfection soit nécessaire, la chasse d'eau a du mal à se remplir et le sol de la salle de bains n'est pas très propre également. Dommage, car l'accueil a été top. petit-déjeuner correct, manque seulement du thé ”breakfast”, ce qui serait un plus. le parking payant est un peu cher, nous le regrettons, dans d'autres campaniles, le parking est gratuit.

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights at the end of April-early May 2024. I highly recommend this hotel. It has a great location -- about .4 miles from the train station and about an equal distance in the other direction to Old Town, Parc du Thabor, and other places you'll want to see. My wife enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The staff was very helpful. Our room was clean. Lots of restaurants nearby. Rennes is a beautiful university town with a great Saturday market; it was a highlight of our 17-day trip to Brittany and Normandy.

I expected so much more out of this big chain hospitality company. But, sadly, like many of these big companies, they try to cut as many corners as possible. Here are some pros and cons: Pros: The location is excellent. The hotel is sort of tucked away from the main street so it is very quiet. Also, it is not too far from public transit. Both bus and metro stops are very close and easily reachable by foot. The main lobby itself was relatively clean. Cons: The front desk staff was just okay - they were not rude by any means, but not overly friendly either. They were just...there. The only coffee they had in the room was horrible instant coffee. Then, they charge you 2.50 Euros for an espresso that uses a pod. I have stayed in many, many hotels in Europe (smaller boutique hotels with smaller budgets) that provided a machine with pods in my room. Those that have not provided a machine have never charged me for one espresso. I am sure had I made a habit of it, they would have charged. But seriously, 2.50 for one pod of espresso? Mercure can pony up. We are also convinced the cleaning staff did not properly clean our room. There was something on the ground that sat there for days in the bathroom. We saw it after the first day thinking it was strange it was still there. As a test, we left it there (it was a door sign) to see if it would ever be picked up, but it sat there for days. My BIGGEST issue with this hotel was the SMOKING AREA. They have tables and chairs right outside the front doors of the hotel where people can smoke. Every morning and evening their would be many people sitting out there puffing away. So, each time we would either leave the hotel in the morning and return in the evenings, we would have to walk through a cloud of smoke. The smoke would also enter the lobby and dining area where you could easily smell it. Nothing is more unappealing when you are trying to sit there, eat breakfast and you have to breathe in disgusting, foul cigarette smoke. Overall, I just expected more from a big company such as Mercure. Like I said earlier, I have stayed at smaller boutique hotels where they have smaller budgets. Despite this, they put a real emphasis on customer service and pay close attention to details.

Hôtel très bien situé, proche du centre-ville de Rennes en voiture ou transports en commun. Récent, très propre, chambres spacieuses et bien équipées, deux chambres communicantes avec deux salles de bain pour nous quatre (deux adultes et deux enfants). Salle du petit-déjeuner agréable, sous forme de buffet varié et copieux. Personnel agréable et professionnel. Adresse idéale sur la route des vacances.
