訪訪客用戶Santa Catalina Hotel is undeniably a historic architectural landmark, but as a hotel experience it fell well below expectations. On arrival, the service felt cold and somewhat pretentious rather than welcoming, with concierge staff coming across as detached and pompous rather than genuinely hospitable.
A key reason for choosing the hotel was the prominently advertised rooftop pool and views, only to discover after check-in that access is restricted to suite guests. The spa is similarly limited unless you pay €15 per person for 90 minutes, which feels disproportionate given the modest facilities. These restrictions are not clearly communicated at booking and leave a sense of being misled.
Several of the lounge and communal areas were also frequently reserved for corporate events and seminars, which further diminished the sense of a relaxed hotel environment. As a guest, it often felt as though you were secondary to business groups and functions moving through the space, even in more personal hotel moments such as walking through common areas in a robe.
In-room entertainment is very dated, with a non–smart TV offering only basic local and satellite channels. Room service carries a €5 delivery surcharge, while on-site dining is largely limited to high-end fine dining with little casual alternative.
It is also worth noting that Las Palmas sits under a noticeably less favourable microclimate than the south and west of Gran Canaria. During our stay, conditions were consistently cloudy, windy, and cool, which further limited the enjoyment of the hotel’s already restricted amenities. For those seeking reliable sun and beach weather, the southern or western parts of the island are a better choice.
Overall, despite its striking heritage setting, the combination of underwhelming service, restricted access to advertised facilities, dated in-room amenities, corporate use of guest spaces, and disappointing weather made for a stay that did not feel justified by the price and is not somewhere we would return to. The atmosphere and clientele also skew noticeably toward an older demographic.

IIrmak Akgun說實話,酒店的位置是完美的。你可以住在帕爾馬老城,如果你有車,你可以享受,去你想去的任何地方,這樣你就可以看到兩邊的老城和玩樂(島的南部) - 當談到酒店,當然他們是3星級,然後是我們的期望很高..早餐不強烈,但如果你想開始一天比咖啡和羊角麪包更多的東西,那就很好了..清潔和設施對於一家三星級酒店來說是很好的,也非常感謝夜班工作的女士她是如此善良和樂於助人。

我曾嘗試過拉斯帕爾馬斯的其他四星級酒店，即使價格稍微低一些，它們也更好。

EEmika san由於沒有前台,辦理入住手續有點複雜且花費了很長時間(我需要通過WhatsApp與酒店工作人員聯繫)。請注意,即使您提早到達,也無法提早辦理登機手續或離開行李。也許金絲雀比歐洲溼度高,房間聞起來有點發黴,房間感覺很潮溼。有窗戶,但是我們的房間有院子嗎?只有面向窗戶的窗戶,窗戶和窗簾一直都關着。另外,我認爲牆壁很薄,因爲我聽到了其他房間的音樂。
將臥室和浴室分開的門不穩定,上面有很大的間隙,因此不建議那些在洗澡或排泄時擔心聲音的人使用。另外,浴室裏只有洗髮水和沐浴露的一體化,所以有興趣的人應該帶洗髮水和沐浴露。
房間配有水壺,微波爐,冰箱,水槽和餐具,因此您可以準備一頓簡單的飯菜。對於連續住幾個晚上的人來說,這不是很好嗎?
