訪訪客用戶跑了幾個國家.住了好多五星級.開羅這麼貧窮的國家.既然有這麼高端性價比高的酒店.我真的很驚訝.這個酒店治癒了我半個月所有的旅途疲勞.讓孩子開心.我開心.感覺到了自己是公主👸被寵着.還有真心高端大氣上檔次.埃及的天花板.

VVoyager26675283513I have been a spa member for 3 years and I couldn't be happier. The setting overlooking the Nile is beautiful and quiet. It's the perfect escape from the Cairo madness and busy streets of Zamalek. There is always a nice breeze of the river and the clean air is also a nice change. The gym and pool are a good size and the staff is excellent. Malawany, Mariam, Salma and Ramy always welcome you with a smile and go above and beyond to offer help.

訪訪客用戶城堡型的酒店，應該是正牌五星，價格屬實偏貴。
飛機到的太早啦，到酒店才上午10點，等到12點時給辦理入住了，房間給升級了，住的是2號樓，説是新一些。
房間挺寬敞，還有個陽台，可以喝茶抽煙看景。
洗澡間明明做了乾濕分離，為啥玻璃隔斷衹有一半呢，洗個澡流的滿地水～
酒店環境不錯，內部有個小山坡，綠植茂密，點綴着幾個餐廳，晚上逛一逛還是不錯的。
gate G左轉，不遠有家西北樓牛肉麪，還是很正宗的。

訪訪客用戶I really loved the hotel, starting from the reception service especially Nourhan ❤️❤️❤️ I also loved the room, it was clean and comfortable ❤️❤️ And the service was nice ❤️❤️❤️ The restaurant and the food is also great and delicious ❤️ I strongly recommend it. ❤️❤️

匿匿名用戶In general, it is not bad for me to stay in a single room with a common bathroom for 10 nights.
Above all, I would like to express my gratitude to the staff's efforts to manage the City Hostel clean which is too old and out fashioned building.
* Location & Transportation
Without noise, it is the best location to stay. It is located at 2 2-minute walk distance from Attaba subway station that connects to the Ramsis Railway Station and the Egypt Museum, only 1~3 stops away, charging 6 EGP per way. Of course, you can go to both by walk in 20 minutes. It means you can also enjoy the Nile riverside which is close to the museum.
And it is a 2-minute walk distance from the Attaba market which is the biggest public market in Cairo and so many locals visit to buy their livelihoods stuff at a cheap price.
In addition, you can also walk to the Al Azhar Mosque and Khan El-Khalili traditional market in 30 minutes, and St. Marc Coptic Orthodox Cathedral in AL Azbakeya in 10 minutes
Two problems I experienced are firstly the noi⁹sy from 8 am to 3 am outside the building due to market area and cars' horns. It took 3 days for me to adapt it. Any room in the hostel cannot escape it without changing the windows to soundproof ones. If you are sensitive to sound, it is better to find other lodges in a residential area or modernized ones.
Secondly, its location on the Uber taxi map and other maps is not accurate, so drivers have some problems in finding the city hostel. I have to meet them in front of the KFC next to the Attaba subway station. The signboard of the hotel is too small to recognize it.
* Building and room conditions
Like many other buildings in Cairo, the hostel building is old and shabby. The interior design and facilities are also outdated. However, the staff manages it so clean, particularly a common toilet and shower room.
It is quite convenient a washstand in each room.
However, it is bad there is no electronic kettle to boil water in a room or a common space. I could not enjoy my tea or coffee time at any time. I have to ask for hot drink water every morning when receiving breakfast, and store it in my tumbler.
It will be better to provide a tea or coffee service area in the hostel.
* Cleanness & Safety
Cleanness and safety are very good. I have no issue with this.
* Services
There is no basic service that most guesthouses provide in general: toilet paper and drink water.
Wifi is too weak to use the internet.
Other services like laundry are satisfied.
* Others
During my stay, I couldn't enjoy having an exchange time with other travelers. I think it is because there is no reason to stay in a common space where only sofas and a table are. Largely guesthouse provides a commonplace where guests enjoy better the internet or drinks including tea or coffee and foods, which makes guests meet each other naturally and structurally.
In conclusion, if the hostel provides basic services like toilet paper and commonplace with drink water and electronic kettles, it will be much better.
And it is necessary to change its signboard so that is more recognizable.
Except issues I mentioned above, it is a very good budget lodge.

匿匿名用戶入住的時候有點小插曲，折騰了近3小時，trip客服在問題解決後立馬提供了補償，前台態度也很好，積極幫忙解決問題，就是有點慢。
酒店房間還行，乾淨衞生，床也舒服，就是在一樓，有玻璃門直通泳池那邊，要注意關住，晚上睡得早泳池音響有點吵，很累秒睡沒影響。
房間兩個埃及插孔一個英標插孔，不能自帶煮水壺酒店有配，門口安檢會收走保存，退房可以領。
特別差的一點就是wifi超級慢，卡的不行那種，勉強發發微信。
早餐沒吃，午餐自助喝的衹有白水，要別的需要單點。

訪訪客Ostello in posizione veramente molto molto molto comoda. Molto carino e curato. Camera molto ampia, personale gentilissimo, possibilità di fare colazione (non ne abbiamo usufruito perchè dovevamo andare via molto presto). Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Unica piccola pecca il bagno...non c'era il piatto doccia e tendeva ad allagarsi un po'. Ma nel complesso molto soddisfatti.

訪訪客用戶一起訂了三間房，入住的時候全都離的很遠，去前台想換其中一間，一個年輕一點兒的服務員説現在沒有，讓我一個小時以後再去。一小時以後再去找他，他説沒有理由給你換，試圖溝通，無果。過了一會兒一位年長的服務員過來，給換了。所以根本就不是沒有房間，也可以換，衹是那位不想給我換。真的很影響對酒店的印象。
