「優點： 房間寬敞乾淨（我預訂的是單人床） 物超所值 友善的員工 安靜漂亮的裝飾 餐廳旁邊（以防您需要緊急午餐或晚餐） 缺點： 距離地鐵站較遠（步行約 20 分鐘即可抵達 Darnagul 地鐵站） 迷宮概念😜不容易找到正門，因為這家旅館沒有自己的大廳/前台。因此，您必須透過隔壁大樓的飯店（家庭飯店）辦理入住。 建議：建立自己的接待處並打開主入口」

「정말 만족스러운 숙박이었어요! 무엇보다 직원분들이 하나같이 친절하셔서 머무는 내내 기분이 좋았습니다. 객실은 깔끔했고, 번화가 바로 근처라 어디든 다니기 편했어요. 짐도 흔쾌히 맡아주셔서 동선 짜기가 수월했고요. 조식이 특히 기억에 남는데, 매일 메뉴가 조금씩 바뀌어서 질리지 않고 맛있게 먹었습니다. 목요일 저녁엔 라이브 뮤직 이벤트에도 초대해 주셨는데, 다른 일정 때문에 못 간 게 아쉬울 정도로 세심하게 챙겨주시는 곳이었어요. 2룸을 예약했더니 따로 말씀드리지 않았는데도 커넥팅룸으로 배정해 주셔서 일행과 지내기에 정말 편했습니다. 한 가지 팁을 드리자면, 볼트(Bolt) 택시로 검색해서 가면 길 맞은편 건물로 안내되는 경우가 있어요. 첫날엔 잠깐 두리번거렸는데, 미리 알고 가시면 헤매지 않으실 거예요. 복도 소음이 조금 있는 편이고, 샤워 시설은 해바라기 수전만 있어서 일반 샤워기에 익숙하신 분은 참고하시면 좋겠습니다. 그래도 따뜻한 응대와 좋은 위치 덕분에 다시 찾고 싶은 숙소였어요! What a wonderful stay! Above all, every staff member was so kind and welcoming that I felt great the entire time I was there. The room was spotless, and being right by the bustling downtown area made it easy to get around to wherever I wanted to go. They also happily stored my luggage, which made planning my days so much smoother. The breakfast was especially memorable—the menu changed slightly each day, so it never got repetitive and was always delicious. On Thursday evening, they even invited me to a live music event. I couldn’t make it because of other plans, but the gesture alone showed just how thoughtfully they look after their guests. I had booked two rooms, and without my even asking, they assigned us connecting rooms, which made staying together with my group incredibly convenient. One little tip: if you search for the hotel using Bolt taxi, it sometimes directs you to the building across the street. I wandered around a bit on the first day, so knowing this in advance will save you the confusion. The hallways can be a little noisy, and the shower has only a rainfall fixture—so if you’re used to a handheld showerhead, keep that in mind. Even so, thanks to the warm hospitality and great location, this is a place I’d love to return to!」

「Service not good. Never mentioned about the password for the WiFi. Calling to receptionist always no response. No warm air provided even the temperature dropped to below 20C and the thermostat inside the room was set to 28C.」

「我對酒店住宿感到失望,房間只有一條毛巾供兩位客人使用,有一張雙人牀而不是兩張單獨的牀,我們被分配了一個沒有窗戶的房間,儘管預訂表明城市景觀。此外,空調遙控器和水壺不起作用。我們沒有收到第二毛巾,更換遙控器或水壺,儘管我們得到了額外的毯子。此外,我們不得不下樓幾次,打電話給接待處,把這些物品帶到我們身邊。」

「位置十分優越，酒店門口就是機場大巴終點站，週邊還有其他路線巴士及地鐵與火車站，附近有大型超市及各様餐廳。酒店裝修很新，衛生到位，早餐廳在5樓，吃早餐可看到裏海風景，早餐品種算豐富，注意週六及週日早餐時間不同。另有洗衣房可免費洗衣物，十分方便👍」
