因斯布魯克金色屋頂附近住宿

酒店位置相當好，房間也還過得去，單人間就是沒有任何view，倒也安靜。就是空調都是德語不知道怎麼操作，大冬天房間不暖和，空調也不知道怎麼操作制熱。衞生間挺大，幸好衞生間裏還有一個衣暖。床很軟，奧地利都是這樣。

Comfortable rooms, great service and good facilities. The bar, pool area and reception all are lovely. Just round the corner to the old town and shopping, restaurants very close by. You can walk to the funicular station for Nordkette. I was very impressed with the excellent service at reception and the bar

酒店的大鑰匙印象深刻，哈哈！服務人員不錯，連住兩晚可以提供因斯布魯克歡迎卡可用於免費乘坐市內交通。酒店離中心景區街道特別近，酒店自己就有非常棒的餐廳，工作人員還熱情的提供了開水壺給我們。每天一打開窗户就是雪山，真的體驗太棒了

體驗很好的酒店。我們入住的高級房房間麪積很大，空調效果很好，全景落地窗視野非凡，景色令人讚歎。房間隔音沒有問題。衛生間麪積很大，但沒有獨立的淋浴和浴缸設計，硬件LAUFEN，但說真的不是很好用，備品齊全，但洗浴用品都是大瓶的那種。早餐略強於德奧地區一般水平，服務尚可，現做的華夫餅非常好吃，當然，餐廳的亮點也是景觀。 總體而言，aDLERSHotel Innsbruck是這座可愛小城裡難得的擁有高水平現代化硬件的酒店，地理位置也十分優越，主站旁，去阿姆布拉斯城堡和水晶世界的車都在主站門前，步行至老城核心區10分鐘左右，價格也較為合理。推薦對房間麪積和硬件設施有較高要求的朋友。

My husband and I stayed 3 nights in a deluxe room with Mountain View’s it was super clean and very spacious. The staff couldn’t do enough for you Jonas at reception was just amazing and so so helpful 👍 We had a few drinks down at the bar and the staff there were always ready to help even though it was a busy weekend with the ski jump competition all the staff were amazing love this hotel. We didn’t have breakfast there but I’m sure it would of been good. The hotel is only like a block or two from the train station so that was another plus and to walk to down town Innsbruck was an easy stroll. Went to the ****** but it wasn’t a winner 😩😩😩 Will definitely stay there again if in Innsbruck 👍

If the dulcet tones of ”YMCA” by the Village People thumping in your room is the thing that sends you off to slumberland, then the Austria Trend Innsbruck is the place for you! We noticed the raging wedding party upon our arrival just before midnight, and asked about the noise. The person at the desk assured us we would not hear it in our room. So off we went to room 411 where the sound was loud enough that I could identify the song (”Footloose”). After complaining at the front desk, and being assured they would instruct the DJ to turn down the volume, a few additional minutes made it clear we would not be able to sleep. In the end, they moved us to room 325 on the other side of the building, where we could only barely hear the ongoing matrimonial bacchanalia. The question is, why weren't we put in that much more silent location from the start? Instead, we were forced to repack our things, trundle down to another floor, and lose (in total) 45 minutes of sleep when we had a very early start the next day. I hope the management will consider guests like us the next time there is a wedding party in their lobby and place them in a room where one is actually able to sleep.

The Alphotel Innsbruck is probably the worst hotel we've ever stayed at! But we had no choice since we were on a tour package and this was the hotel that Gate1 chose for our itinerary. We weren't the only tour members who did not have a good stay at this hotel. Our tour group had a long day and we were scheduled to arrive late so we were all pretty tired when we arrived. Unfortunately the room we were assigned to didn't even look or feel exceptionally clean and I'm surprised I didn't take photos of the room! Comparing posted photos of the rooms on TA our room looked much older and didn't even have a real chair, but only one of those small round ottomans. And that ottoman was dirty and stained, so we didn't want to sit on that! The bedspread had that ”ick” factor, so we removed it but at least the sheets were clean. Carpet looked grungy so we made sure to wear our slippers and not walk barefoot on it. Regret not taking pictures of the room now. We've stayed at hotels with older or ”tired” decor but they were at least neat and clean, but not at this hotel! Now the ”fun” part was our bathroom door. I was getting ready to take a shower and went into the bathroom, but wanted to use my own soap and toiletries, so I went out of the bathroom and my husband (who was standing in front of the bathroom, looking at the closet or something right across from the bathroom) shut the opaque glass bathroom door. I went back to the bathroom and tried to open the door and it was locked! It was one of those simple privacy type locks where there's usually a pinhole that you can usually press and it'll pop open. Unfortunately, there was no pinhole but a screw so I tried twisting the screw but the door remained locked. Husband tried but it kept turning and he didn't have any tools so he called the front desk and they sent the maintenance guy up. The maintenance guy looked at the door and tried twisting the screw with the same results and said he needed to go get his tools. He returned with his small toolbox and tried several screwdrivers, with no luck. Then he tried using a small drill to remove the screw and still couldn't get the door unlocked. Meanwhile, we were sitting on the bed and watching tv since there was nothing else we could do. I texted our friends who were also traveling in the tour group and assigned to the room right next door to let them know what was happening. And to apologize to them for the loud racket, as the maintenance guy went and got his large power drill and was basically removing the entire door knob and panel. So the guy had to destroy the whole door knob panel because the door lock screw or nut inside the panel was probably stripped and couldn't unlock or open the door; so if I was on the other side of the door I would have been stuck in the bathroom! Other hotel guests across the hall were opening their doors to find out what the loud racket and noises and disturbance was. This whole problem took the poor m

No air conditioning or fan it was very hot. Otherwise, decent room. Because of hot weather it was not so enjoyable.

Vorweg…wir können die teils sehr negativen Bewertungen absolut nicht nachvollziehen und haben einen zum Glück recht positiven Eindruck gewonnen. Ja, an der ein oder anderen Stelle müsste mal renoviert werden und ja, viele Angestellte im Hotel haben einen ausländischen Akzent (aber wo ist das in Hotellerie und Gastronomie nicht der Fall?) Statt dessen haben wir im Kaltschmied ausschließlich unglaublich freundliche und zuvorkommende Menschen erlebt, die uns einen tollen Aufenthalt beschert haben. - Unser Zimmer (DZ Superior) war sehr schön, geräumig, sauber und für 2 Erw. und 1 Kind perfekt - im Poolbereich gab es ausreichend Liegen, das Wasser war angenehm warm und alles war sehr sauber (ja ein paar Renovierungen wären fällig) - das Essen ist herausragend und für 4 Sterne wirklich top - Parkplätze waren kein Problem (im Zweifel gibt es direkt ggü. des Hotels einen großen öffentlichen PP) - ALLE Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich (Rezeption, Service, Reinigung) - die gebuchten Massagen waren sehr gut Wir haben viele 4 und 5 Sterne Hotels besucht, das Kaltschmied muss sich da nicht verstecken. Wir kommen gerne wieder…

Wir sind nach vielen Jahren wieder zu Gast gewesen und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Es gibt einen wunderschönen neuen SPA Bereich, nach wie vor existiert der traumhafte Outdoorpool - das nachmittagliche Schwimmen in der Dämmerung werde ich sehr vermissen. Die Suite war sehr modern und trotzdem dem ”österreichischem” Umfeld angpasst. Die Dekorationen wurden von Fr. Pfurtscheller persönlich kreiert, ein absolutes Augen-Highlight zu Sylvester. Unser Service (Karl-Heinz, Olivia, Kostas und Jürgen von der Bar) war mega nett und zuvorkommend. Das Speisenangebot bot mehr, als das Herz begeht. Das Mitternächtliche zweite Sylvestermenü, sowie das tolle Feuerwerk war TOP - alles in allem ein ausgesprochen schöner Urlaub. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt, zur Cafezeit sass gerne mal der ein oder andere Gast im Bademantel im Restaurant bzw. Barbereich. Empfand ich als nicht so passend für ein 5* Hotel.
