Bardzo ładny hotel, miła obsługa, super masaż w Spa. Szczególne wyrazy uznania dla Pana Sebastiana z recepcji, który nas meldował i prowadził korespondencję mailową w dniu przyjazdu. Profesjonalny, uśmiechnięty i zainteresowany gościem. Brawo.

Had a wonderful time here for a few days in early April. After a nightmare journey and an early-hours arrival, check-in was a breeze and we were in our enormous apartment in no time. Contrary to the prior review, this place is great for kids. Our 5-year old enjoyed the outdoor and indoor play areas, and one morning the waitress went out of her way to make pancakes especially for his breakfast. Food was great - we had a couple of lunches that were both delicious. Highly recommended!

Hotel Sokół has hidden regulations which do not allow children to enjoy the swimming pool after 8pm. If this were readily evident on their website, I would have chosen a different hotel. But once we had checked in it was too late. This didn't ruin our weekend, but it was certainly an unpleasant way we were treated. Had we known in advance, we could have made alternate choices or at least could have been prepared. The spa manager was unconcerned with our experience as hotel guests, and despite staying in the luxury suite, we were not given any such VIP consideration. Hotels are part of the SERVICE industry, yet that doesn't seem to be a part of the culture at this venue. Otherwise, the food is good and the rooms are comfortable.

New and luxury hotel, with 36 rooms only, but offering wellness attractions, good restaurant and free parking. The location is brilliant, only walking distance to the city centre and famous castle. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, everything with highest quality elements. Good, professional staff and rich breakfast served in the impressive restaurant. For sure number one, when staying in Lancut.
