蘭開斯特牛津套房飯店(Oxford Suites Lancaster)

The room itself was nice, clean, adequate, although I guess maybe a little “dated”. Service is very good. I am not sure that I personally like the idea of staying at an extended stay hotel when there is currently a group occupying the same floor, they were not loud or anything but I don’t know, it’s just odd to me🤷♂️🤷♂️

Black hairs all over the bathroom. Sofa bed smelled like urine. Blankets smelled.

We didn’t have room clean when we walked in the first day we got checked in. It smelled very bad it smelled like smoke.

Quiet room, but thin doors. I was able to check in early (a big plus), but my key didn't work the next morning (a big minus). It's hard to move out of the room when you can't get back in to retrieve your stuff (take note, Oxford Suites). Some of the furniture was tired. The coat rack is right next to the sink, and I kept bashing my head against it. My wife found the bed too firm.

After finding this hotel in Lancaster with a reasonable price we were pleasantly surprised at the overall experience. Great check in process. The front desk gave us a great tip about where to get the best viewing of the poppies as well. The room was clean and spacious and had a very nice little kitchenette. It was very quiet. We didn't hear tv, people talking or showers. What put this hotel over the top was the cook to order breakfast. You're typically used to continental where there are fake eggs and a waffle machine. Here there was a cook taking your order and making your eggs to your liking. The sausage was delicious and hash browns good. Definitely the best breakfast included of any 3 star hotel we've stayed at. Definitely give this hotel a try if you're in the area.

Bathroom was a little small and I had problem in getting the room temperature to stabilize. Room was clean and quiet.
