帕姆代爾萬怡飯店(Courtyard Palmdale)

酒店入住的時候沒有告訴我停車要收費，退房的時候卻告訴我停車費是10美元。 酒店周圍有很多不錯的餐廳，回到高速公路也很方便。 電視位於床的右側牆壁上，這並不常見。 只住了一晚，沒有時間探索其他設施

hotel receptionist gave me the biggest issues, i didn’t have them last time i stayed and i go to palmdale with my business partner/ boyfriend because we are brokers in primerica and had our client out there for inves**ents and life insurance two weekends apart. so we stayed for the friday , i checked in alone , and the hotel receptionist gave me issues and once i brought up that i’ve stayed before and he can’t lie to me and to stop making an issue and check me in. he tried to then turn it around and say he can refuse service because of my attitude and I told him that he’s getting attitude because he’s lying about a policy when I was able to stay there before, and then he tried to cover it up because he knew i caught him he was just trying to be a literal karen i’ve never had to deal with this at a hotel for courtyard i’ve stayed at. walked by room at the end and stared down me and my business partner / boyfriend because he was just trying to instigate a problem as he didn’t want me staying there made us very uncomfortable but we needed somewhere to sleep for the night before driving back to LA after hotel checkout saturday.

Our stay at the courtyard was great! room was very clean smelled good when we opened the door, sheets were clean overall very well maintained. From the moment we walked in to check-in staff greeted us with a smile and were very friendly and kind, breakfast was amazing great staff overall!

We had two rooms on this stay and one didn’t have anything to really complain about; however, upon rolling back the top sheet in the other room, there was a sizable few strands of hair on the sheet below, a good sized spider that crawled out from behind the headboard in the morning and the closet doors were broken. Each of these on their own would have been whatever to me but all three with the spider being the last, prompted me to write a review. Overall the stay was pleasant for our needs, shower had good water pressure and the staff was nice at check-in.

It was the best sleep I’ve had in a very long time . So comfortable, clean, and very quiet. I love that they signed me out of my accounts on the t.v so no information can be stolen. I would definitely be staying again .

The only thing I did not like, was that we were put in a 1st floor room (as I had requested), but my room assignment change was not Recorded/reported properly, and we had people try to open our door @ 9:30 PM.

I reserved this space for my son-in-law to have a clean and comfortable place to rest while moving belongings across the country. It was economical and for the price, incredible! The property is safe and we didn't have to worry about the truck being parked here. The front desk was courteous and upgraded him to a room with a balcony specifically so he could peer down and right at the truck for his peace of mind. I really can't thank them enough!
