I stayed here to attend a wedding and had called a couple weeks earlier to ask about any available rooms. The person at reception connected me to the Sales Manager, where I left a voicemail and she did not bother calling me back. Terrible service from the get go and I wouldn't have bothered staying here had it not been convenient for this event. Would not recommend this hotel based on their lack of service and unprofessionalism.

At first we thought we won thought we won the jackpot. The room size was great and we got a room with a balcony which was great! Then you start peeling back the layers. First the hot tub was out of order and absolutely disgusting! The pool is tiny. The outdoor seating area with fireplace was great, but then the fire ran out of gas. Then water was pouring from the light in our bathroom! Dangerous! There were many things that needed repairs. The breakfast is not automatically included in your bill so beware!!

A very close friend has been in Capital Health hospital for some time. This is the second time we have stayed here. It is convenient, comfortable and calming after a day at the hospital. The staff here is really amazing! Genuinely kind and helpful. I wanted to extend our stay for an extra day and the young man at the desk on Friday 10/13 at 10 am was absolutely wonderful. He could not have been more helpful.

Our room was beyond our expectations especially after reading several negative reviews. We were greeted graciously, told about the hotel and checked into our room. The hotel was quiet and the room was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

It had a clean updated vibe, close to highway, and Lambertville/Newhope. but the GPS did not take me straight there... I arrived on a dark foggy night....

Selected this airport hotel as the only one with an airport shuttle. But tomorrow morning they do not have anyone scheduled to drive the shuttle. Also, no A/C in the gym, hot tub is out of service, elevators really beat up, room is old with a very small TV. Decent 3-star without an airport shuttle.

The refrigerator did not have a temp control knob which rendered the refrigerator useless since it was set to the lowest setting. I was told by the front desk at 11pm that housekeeping would be right up. After 30 minutes I called down again to be told House Keeping was gone for the day and they had no report of my room requiring any service.

Everything was very easy, check in/check out was simple and both of the gentlemen at the front desk were great. It was a short stay, we are visiting a friend in the hospital. It was a nice calming night, greatly appreciated.
