克利夫蘭機場泰德曼路歡朋飯店(Hampton Inn Cleveland-Airport/Tiedeman Rd)

Traveling to DC with our family of four. This was a halfway point for us and allowed us to visit the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame! The staff was fantastic! The woman checking us in was very professional and made us feel welcome. As kids will do, they forgot their toothbrushes, but the gentleman at the front desk was able to provide some for us. Checkin/check out was super easy and fast!

Hotel caught fire during my stay and unfortunately I lost all of my belongings!!! I understand that things unexpectedly happen, but was disappointed that the hotel didn’t reach out to give updates to the guests the were staying there when the fire happened or help us find rooms

Hotel caught on fire on 4th floor which we were staying. Still haven’t heard anything from the hotel. Our stuff is ruined

We had a late check-in (at midnight). I had called ahead and the staff said it would be no problem to accommodate my special requests. I’m picky about my room. When we checked in, the front desk attendant couldn’t have been nicer. I noticed that my late check-in was noted on their shift turnover. I don’t know if the hotel is new, recently refurbished, or just obsessively clean, but I haven’t been in a room that nice in a long time. And I travel a lot. Usual breakfast, but it was really good. Fresh & hot. The cook greeted us when we started. Excellent stay all the way around.

Very Clean, Nice Pool and Hot tub/Spa staff was friendly and polite. Hot breakfast was very good also .

Overall, the layout was nice, accessibility to elevators and breakfast area was very convenient.

Every time I stay here it's a wonderful experience considering most hotels in the area are either dirty or the conditions aren't the greatest maybe a little bit more pricey but it is what it is I'd rather pay for Quality rather than anything else thank you.
