水邊旅館的溫德米爾房間(Windermere Rooms at the Wateredge Inn)

A delightful holiday destination by the renowned Windermere lake

A cosy, comfy modern hotel with a vintage feel and heritage. Plentiful parking and easily located. The room we had had recently been done up (you could smell the new carpet smell in the main corridor). It was beautifully decorated and very relaxing. The room was spacious and you couldn’t hear any road noise. Breakfast was available across the road in the main restaurant, it was hot and had plenty of choices. Definitely had a nice luxurious feel to the hotel room.

Claustrophobic, unfriendly, blocked drains , needed the Lakeland feel that I had been soo looking forward to. Been comming to Ambleside for our Anniversary for 25 year's and we always felt it to be so special. We were planning on stopping another night before we arrived but just couldn't stay here. We moved on to Grasmere and was lucky enough to find somewhere special and relaxing with the feeling of the Lakes. We will not be coming back to this Hotel and cannot recommend it to are many family and friends.

Absolutely beautiful place, very clean and perfect location. Perfect night away. Only slight downer was that I could hear someone in the room next door snoring all night but that’s not the hotels fault. I searched for hours for somewhere to take our dog and he was made very welcome and happy here.

Would of given 5 Star review,but ehen in waterside lounge area on Thursday i asked a member of staff if i could close the door as it was very cold and we were having a meal,i was told no as they were feeling warm........

我們常去的麗晶酒店已經不復存在，現在被命名為水邊客房，與馬路對面的水邊酒店相連。像往常一樣，我們住了四個晚上，第一天早上的早餐體驗是不可重複的，所以我們走進安布爾賽德到其他咖啡館度過了剩下的住宿時間。當我們進入所有自助餐類型的安排時，早餐區只有 8-10 個人，當然不吸引人。咖啡和敬酒安排完全不足以容納大量人員，並且會發生事故。我確實完成了旅館收藏調查並透過電子郵件聯繫了他們。對此回應並不感興趣，並表示他們正在「不斷培訓員工，讓他們做到最好」。這不是員工問題，他們很好，事實上他們將兩家酒店合併在一起以降低成本，而不考慮客戶服務。我們當然不會回來。
