東風飯店普萊西湖(Eastwind Hotel Lake Placid)

Staff were great. Friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make us comfortable. Had trouble getting online and he was wonderful. Breakfast was well worth the $30. Fire pit was a nice touch. AC worked great.Bathroom was not as clean as I would expect. Walls and floor were dirty. Hairdryer was sticky. No TV. No phone in room. Water pressure was terrible. Took me twice as long just to get the soap out of my hair. Toilet was lacking water pressure too! No wash cloths. There was a pool but not in use???Summer??? No sign/directions on property to head you to office to check in. Had to call for help. Another couple had to do the same.

This place by far is the best place I have ever stayed. The owners are fantastic - tending to all my needs and doing so efficiently and in the u**ost hospitable way. Eastwind hotel is safe, clean, and charming. The rooms are perfect! You can see they we’re designed with the u**ost attention to detail and quality. My trip was enhanced because of this experience and I highly recommend. If you want the best, this is the place to stay.

The property was very unique and quaint. Loved the cleanliness and amenities it had to offer. The staff were very kind and gave us a lot of tips on dining & activities in the area. The small details such as fresh coffee & breakfast basket option, fire pit and the hammocks around the property, really made it feel homey. The room decor was great and the bed was super comfy. We would definitely come back!

Everything about this location was amazing! The room was clean and so cute! They have bonfires every night with free s’mores, bikes that you can rent for free! I will be staying here again in the future!

The vibe here was amazing, really enjoyed the little bar with live music, which was fantastic. Julia Alsarraf Was solo with just a guitar and just amazing. Cleaning staff might need a little more time or training to get rooms ready…. Biggest issue was we didn’t have a flat sheet on our bed, just fitted and comforter, and i was hot. I thought not having a tv in the room would bother me but I didn’t even notice once we got busy with all the other things to do…. Maybe it will persuade some people to go out and explore… Great place to stay and we’ll be back.

No tv, small shower area, low water pressure, not much sound barrier from neighboring rooms, no fridge, not bad otherwise.

We loved our stay at the Eastwind Lake Placid! The property and rooms are super well maintained, the staff members are incredibly kind, and it is really close to the town. We especially loved how well-designed and homey the room and lounge area were. Definitely want to go back again!
