Beautiful hotel, clean, well maintained. Rooms are very spacious. Water pressure in the bathroom wasn't the greatest, but the water was good and hot. Breakfast was good, and it was nice to not have to go out to eat early in the morning. Their coffee was really good. I have a daughter who lives in Sanford and this hotel is the perfect location for me to stay and not be too far from her when I visit. I will definitely choose this hotel again. Check-in and checkout was a breeze.

Au lieu d’avoir une chambre avec 2 lits doubles comme réservée et payée, j’ai eu droit à un seul lit king size pour dormir à 3 ( un adulte avec 2 garçons de 13 et 15ans) l’hôtel était surbooké !! Aucune autre solution proposée ni aucune compensation. Évidemment nous avons très mal dormis par manque de place

There was a constant problem with My key card . Every time I left the room for a period of time then came back the key card wasn’t working . I had to have it reset & maintenance had to come the next morning to fix it. Even after maintenance came the key card still had a problem. I stayed on the 1st floor in room 110 & tried to figure out why I wasn’t sleeping well at nights, then I came to the realization that it was because the room carpet had a dormant smell. The carpet smelled liked pet’s normally stay there. I could not sleep for a few days because of the smell. I had to wear a mask due to the smell because the air quality was poor & was affecting my breathing. The carpet needs to be shampooed & have a deep cleaning. I felt much better & was able to breathe when I wasn’t in the room. I am requesting some of my money back due to this inconvenience.

Dirty tub, handle on tub fell off, towel hanger fell out of the wall when I hung up my towel, breakfast was cold and not very helpful staff. The air filters were dirty, beds are hard , and the window had no safety at 5 floors up my window opened all the way. Not good safety practices. I didn't bother saying anything because I was there for a family emergency and didn't have time to argue why they should give me my money back. RANT OVER

The carpet of the room is not dry neither the ac is clean has horrible smell of wet fungus that didn’t let sleep the whole night so the hotel is overrated and I need you to go, I did not took a picture because is smell AC, and wet dark carpet hard to capture in a picture unfortunately today needed to go out early

I have been coming here once a month for about a year. The staff is very professional and helpfull. I love the heated pool and the whirlpool is the main reason why o chose to come back again and again. The breakfast is more than enough to keep me going and not want to pay extra to eat at another establishment.

Terrible experience.. The check in was good but later on when I pulled back the covers, the sheets were dirty with flood so I went to the front desk but the lady said there wasn’t any rooms available so U requested for housekeeping to maje the bed and she said no one was available that I had to do it myself. She proceeded to the back and came back with a set of sheets and I had to make my own bed. Later I Gad to go back for the pillow covers and the pillows were stained and disgusting. Will never stay here again

Housekeeping tried opening my door while i was in the shower and it wasnt my check out date. Also the first room i was put in smelled like **** but the front desk was nice and put me in another room. Ive stayed here before so this is a first

I like that it was nice and quiet i love the breakfast it was excellent easy check in and out the only thing i didn't like was the elevator it need to be upgraded but over all i love this place will definitely stay here again.

There was no linens for the pullout couch. Unacceptanle conidering one person slept on the pullut and it says on description that the room sleeps 4. We had to go to walmart to biy our own blanket at 10pm.
