卡普里拉古納海灘精品飯店(Capri Laguna on the Beach - A Boutique Hotel)

First off, this hotel was beautiful, and we enjoyed an early check-in from their friendly staff and some beachside help with chairs and umbrellas on their private beach. We also enjoyed some 'community areas' overlooking the water and enjoying some sun and relaxation away from the sand but still near the water. My only complaint was that I feel a little misled by the pictures on the site. I booked a 'Deluxe king room with sea view' and I paid accordingly. The pictures included a balcony on the water. Upon checkin I was told I received a 'king room with partial sea view' and I was confused. I showed them my listing and they said they were fully booked and that this is what they had for me. The room had a window that faces the ocean but the room was set back and while yes you could see the ocean through a window, it was 60 feet away over a busy deck and clearly not what I had imagined when I thought I was going to get to see the waves from my room. The room was lovely and I found that most of my time was spent on the community deck/beach anyways. Had a great time and will definitely visit this hotel again.

Capri Laguna on the beach was so beautiful. It felt like our own little place on the beach. The view was amazing! We got to see dolphins right from our room! It was incredible. The staff was kind and accommodating! So many places to go in the area we didn’t even rent a car just walked and enjoyed the free trolley!

The property itself is in a great place and you are definitely paying for location, especially if you get an ocean view. Other than that the place is very barebones and in need of some repairs upkeep. Lots of broken parts of the wall in our rooms, chipped paint on doors and moldings. For the $$$$ the continental breakfast could have been better, it’s the exact same breakfast you’d get at a holiday inn or any standard roadside hotel. Rooms were nice and big and beds were comfy, just wish it felt a bit more high end boutique for the price.

Although it seems like an older property it’s very clean and has some simple updated furnishings. The location is perfect and within easy walking distance to shops and dining. The staff are all friendly and care about making your stay an enjoyable one. We especially appreciated Nick, Bashear and Morgan. Their friendliness and helpful suggestions added to our stay!

The details were very much lacking at The Capri. Houskeeping staff was loud in the morning. Slamming doors and talking loudly. They forgot to leave us coffee packets. The forgot to leave water bottles. There was a nice balcony but no chairs or table to enjoy the ocean view. To use the charging port on the desk, you had to unplug the portable air conditioner. To use the coffee maker, you had to run the cord over the sink. The vinyl flooring was dirty enough that you could not walk barefoot in the room. The king bed had a flat sheet rather than a fitted sheet and it would come untucked. There was not a do not disturb tag for the door so housekeeping would rattle the lockset in the morning. We finally asked for one and they rattled the lockset in the morning anyway. Just a lot of details that were not addressed by the staff that took away from our enjoyment of the stay. Laguna Beach was a very nice town with some really good restaraunts and shopping but I cannot recomend the Laguna Capri Hotel.

Ocean view amazing Ran into a few hiccups with heat in room oh and no full length mirror A girl's absolute must!!! (Room 203) Nothing more but perfect Will be back again..

Walls are paper thin so you hear your neighbors. Views are great. Excellent staff. Friday night happy hour on the roof top was a nice touch. Comfy beds. Great location.
