There were some positives and small negative to this hotel. For the positives, we had two rooms in this hotel during our stay. One of the rooms was good, no issues but the second room had mold in the bathroom. Other than the mold issue in the room, everything in the room was fine. AC unit worked great, refrigerator worked and kept drinks chilled. This is important because the weather in Lagos is hot and those chilled drinks come in handy. The onsite Indian restaurant (Cilantro) was excellent. The food was good. We also tried their rooftop bar, that was good as well. The staff during check in were friendly and welcoming. The one negative is that the hotel gets busy so traffic getting in and out can take some time. The location of the hotel is not great for walking around outside the hotel. Recommend always take a taxi or Uber when you want to go out.

I had a very exciting experience during my stay at four points by Sheraton, Lagos. From the buffet experience to the security down to the great experience from their customer service. I also had a thrilling experience at the roof top bar also know as the palm terrace. The gym also have all the needed amenities for every workout. The whole experience was a relaxing one with my friend and it’s a place I’d love to visit again.

As this was my first visit since leaving Nigeria as a child, I was overwhelmed by the cultural shock upon my return. However, the four-point staff were incredibly accommodating. They provided a blend of New York's familiarity with a rich Nigerian cultural experience. Aderonke was eclectic and highlighted the hotel's numerous conference rooms. Cynthia, Kemi, Adeniyi, Ruth, and the food court staff excelled in addressing any concerns and ensuring my comfort. I emphatically rate this hotel a ten out of five if you’d let me. Thank you Four-point for the wonderful experience.

The event was well handled. All staffs encountered were on top of their jobs carried out excellently. We strongly recommended Aderonke in terms of problem handling and event coordinating for better experience. Also, the hall was well arranged satisfactorily.

Mr Akinyemi of security department picked my guest's lost 500 USD and returned to his supervisor and I was called to notify of the recovery and the money was returned to me in full. He is an exceptional stall for me. It happened that I received a guest who came around and we stayed in the lobby area down stairs. On his departure, we walked through the exit door and when getting the car key from his pocket, his money, 500 dollars fell off his pocket and we didn't notice it until my phone was called and I was asked if we lost any item while in the vicinity. On check our pockets, we observe that the money wasn't anywhere to be found. So we called back to inform the security supervisor of our lose and several questions was asked. We informed him that a five piece of 100 US dollars each was missing but we couldn't identify when and where it was lost. So we were requesting to answer further questions and it was confirmed that our money was dropped at the moment of key retrieval from the pocket. Fortunately, it was Mr Akinyemi who picked it and reported to the security dest. So we returned to the hotel and the complete money was given back to us. Thanks to Mr Aiinyemi for his integrity.

The staff were very courteous. The ambience of the hotel is phenomenal. The meals are well prepared with a variety of choice. The hotel is well secured as they have an established security team. Overall, kudos to the staff and hotel leadership team.

The pillows were actually the fluffiest. -The food was great. -The staff are some of the nicest I’ve encountered. -The service I got during my visit was swift and near faultless. I will definitely be coming again. If you’re considering a stay at Four Points, stop considering now. This is where you should stay. 100% recommended!

There's a certain standard that I, as a business traveler, have for international business hotels such as Four Points. My stay in February 2024 was terrible. Where to start? The first morning, when I woke and was preparing to get ready for my morning meeting, there were no towels, so I couldn't shower. It took 2 calls and 15 minutes to get the situation rectified. The following when I got back to my room around 16:00, the room had not been cleaned. This time I called specifically for a manager, but a supervisor came instead. He confirmed that he had checked the roster and the room had indeed not been cleaned and he saw the bed was not made. Cleaning rooms, beds being made and having bath towels in the rooms are basic, basic things in the hospitality industry. Four Points Lagos couldn't even get these things right. When checking out I again noted these issues and told them I expected some type of communication by a manager about these issues. A month later, nom one has bothered to contact me. Needless to say, I'll be going back to Eco Signature even though I won't be able to add to my Marriott points

Highly recommend NOT staying at this hotel. The rooms are not clean. The air in the rooms is damp and moldy and the AC doesn't work well. If you like a smelly room that is 25-28 degrees, this is the hotel for you. After moving to a different room, the AC worked ok, but the bed was horrible. I did not sleep well. I can not see how this hotel maintains the Bonvoy/Sheraton brand. I have submitted my complaints to Bonvoy as well and have encouraged all of my colleagues that stayed there to do the same.
