Use to be my favorite spot for quality service/relaxation until lately. Service is poor noticeably during breakfast. No coordination among the staff. The chefs are always on floor for the waiters. Very poor attention and shabby services by new faces. If you have plan of staying longer ii advice you plan to get used to been bored with same food daily

Worst Hotel I stayed in . Zero service quality. Staff are inadequately trained . Limited knowledge of their own product . Compared to Radisson Blue , Ikeda and VI , this is like a dump . Rooms are as small as Renaissance in Bath road . Both expect rooms in a quality property like the Radisson to be off 2 star standards . Toilet seat is basically attaches to the shower cubicle wall . No one bothered to clean the room the entire day and after literally begging no one still showed up for 2 hours.

This hotel was a great for a 2-night stay in an active neighborhood. There are lots of walkable restaurants and bars right outside the property. The hotel bar itself is also very nice. The breakfast buffet is large and would accommodate all dietary needs. Wifi worked great here and staff was friendly and helpful.

I spent 2 nights here and its a very nice hotel. The wifi is great. My room was clean, comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety if great choices. The hotel is in a good, safe neighborhood with lots of dining options. I'd definitely return.

I am a Raddison VIP guest ( Platinum member) and have been staying in Raddison hotel since the time it was known as Protea Ikeja . I have often been unsatisfied with them and even wrote reviews to that effect. So its only fair that I write a positive review when it is due. This visit I was in for a pleasant surprise . Not Only I was offered complimentary upgrade on the room as per Radisson rewards entitlement but also received a handwritten note and wine from the General Manager Yehia el Mansoury , who has recently joined here . These are small gestures but convey a long lasting impressions to loyal guests that "we care and appreciate for our loyal guests" . Thank you Mr Yehia and Ms Deborah for this gesture and hope to see more positive changes, especially to the menu which must be made more inclusive to Asian guests .

It was my second time to stay in this hotel and it will not be the last time ..i can get all what i need there, clean and comfortable rooms, good food, safety , near to the airport and very friendly and helpful staff plus it’s affordable hotel specially if you are coming for a business.. highly recommended.
