We have a good time in the hotel. The breakfast is awesome and the staff is friendly.

It was ok. But the check-in & check-out staff needs training on how to greet people and then to accept if someone tells them something isn't working.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The carpet was very dirty. Could not go barefoot in the room.

Excellent location. Walking distance to the Spanish Springs square.

Everything was great except the mattress.It was too soft.We are used too a firm mattress.

Checked into the room after a long day of travel to get a call from the front desk at 9:45 pm for me to come to the front desk because the computer went down. I asked to take care of it in the morning but was told this had to be done immediately. Got dressed went to the front desk and was told to WRITE my credit card number and information on a piece of paper! This is a complete breech of security. But we also didn’t want to be kicked to the street. NOT HAPPY ABOUT ANY OF THIS!

Great friendly service entire hotel was clean and nice. Great continental breakfast with a lot of options. In walking distance to great shops and square.

Although short staffed, the employees of this property were doing there best for all of there customers.

Extra clean accommodations, nice quite overnight stay.
