拉孔布貝斯特韋斯特優質套房飯店(Best Western Plus Lacombe Inn Suites)

It was my first time staying at a Best Western and I was surprised. The hotel is relatively new and very well maintained, and the rooms were very clean. The service quality is nothing special but reasonable for the price. I did not use much of the facilities, but they had a fitness centre, swimming pool, and free breakfast. Great experience in this cozy little city!

My stay was in the winter so when the fan ran on the heater, car exhaust fumes were pulled into the room as cars idled in the parking lot. Other than that it was an enjoyable stay.

The customer service is beyond expectations, the room was very clean. Easy parking and conveniently located beside places to eat and a gas station.

Great stay, breakfast was tasty. My daughter would have loved to see a waffle or pancake machine, but that aside lots of variety to choose from. Rooms were comfortable, and pool was great! The front desk team was kind and accommodating

This place had the best hotel breakfast I've had. The place seemed so fresh and clean. The pool had a waterslide.

We had an awesome stay! The pool, waterslide and hot tub were so fun. The only thing we were disappointed with is the breakfast was over at 9am today which I thought was way too early. Our room also had a used tissue on the floor and the shampoo and conditioner dispensers were completely empty. Not a huge deal, but something we noticed. We would for sure stay here again!!

We were denied stay at the hotel because they couldn't find our booking. We received an email from ******* confirming our stay and the hotel did not honour that. You owe us close to $500 and we plan to file a complaint.

All good except that the pool area and pool itself were a bit arctic. Could turn up the heat a little.
