卡裡布原木旅館(Cariboo Log Guest House)

If you have the chance, stay at Cariboo Log Guest House! The owners were so accommodating. From suggesting a great place for lunch (Hungry Bear Diner), to inviting us to utilize their dining room for our nightly card game with our friends. Their included breakfast was a great surprise and quite yummy with a lot of choices. Don't hesitate to make your reservation if you're in their neighborhood!

It was clean, owners were kind but the property would only be rated a 2-3 star. The fan in the bathroom turns on automatically with the lights and is incredibly loud. Extra pillows would be appreciated. Things to improve: the small cups and tiny spoons and the one packet of plastic utensils, the patched unpainted wall. Although the room was decent, the decor was tired and could be improved. Old lamps, chair, small fleece on the bed, etc. Breakfast was sufficient but coffee must be improved.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Pride of ownership shows! Attention to small details is such a rare thing these days. And breakfast service is like rockstar service. The view of the lake is spectacular. We highly recommend staying here. The only thing to note is its about 6 km from town, so you will have to drive to twon to eat.

A stay over on a long drive to the Coast. Definitely will stay there again. A friendly family ownership. Excellent breakfast included. Bed was a little soft and no A/C. But the breeze off the lake helps at night. But overall awesome stay.We will stay again as a stop over.

The owners of this property are the most attentive and truly caring people. You can tell that they take pride in their business and their products. The beds were very comfortable with high quality linens. Breakfast was wonderful! Simple eggs and sausage with toast and a large selection of fruit, endless coffee with real cream and butter. The view of the lake was very nice and the area quiet. We will be back.

Absolutely beautiful place owned and operated by a welcoming wonderful family. The room was incredibly clean. Comfortable bed. Near the highway but can’t hear a thing. Breakfast is an over-the-top spread including eggs, sausage, fruit and treats. If you’re looking to stay in the area definitely choose this spot.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. The owner and staff were so happy, pleasant, accommodating, helped with all our luggage to our room. Fit food in there fridge for our re-union we were attending. Clean, Breakfast was excellent.

The Cariboo Log Guest House was beyond expectation. Extremely pleasant staff. The lake view unobstructed, the accommodation clean and very comfortable, breakfast included and very satisfying. Outstanding customer service. Definitely a place to revisit.

This is our second summer visit to the lodge, and once again we were impressed by how beautiful the property is, how clean and nicely decorated the rooms are, and how friendly and efficient the staff are there. We'll definitely return!
