我們真的很喜歡這家酒店。裝飾很有趣，早餐很好。從火車站步行到酒店很容易。在接待台工作的員工在弄清楚公共交通方面特別有幫助。我們意識到一個早晨，我們丟失了信用卡，很可能在前一天晚上將其留在了一家餐廳，但是我們計劃當天去五漁村，而餐廳尚未營業。接待處的西爾維亞（Silvia）提出在餐廳營業時致電餐廳，以確認餐廳是否有餐廳，並致電並通過電子郵件告知我們。我們對此非常感謝，因此我們不會錯過假期。

酒店位置很好 離火車站步行5分鐘 很方便去五漁村 有電梯 房間比較小 但是開2個28寸箱子沒有問題 淋浴間也比較小 放假包含早餐 不算單調 基礎的麵包 火腿 芝士 蛋糕 咖啡 牛奶都有 可以免費寄存行李 性價比挺高的

Kamers en badkamer zijn zeer proper maar een beetje gedateerd. Ook de buitenkant van het hotel kan een opfrisbeurt gebruiken. Ontbijt was goed en uitgebreid genoeg,zeker naar Italiaanse normen. Personeel aan het onthaal en eetruimte was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam en stond ons in zowel Engels als Frans te woord. Goede en stabiele wifi: 60Mbps Enige en grootste nadeel: dunne muren dus je kon mensen op de gang en in de kamer naast je horen, alsof ze ook in jouw kamer zaten...geluidsisolatie liet dus de wensen over. Maar al bij al goed hotel om de buurt te verkennen: Cinque Terre, Pisa, Lucca,... In de buurt van het hotel is echter weinig te beleven maar voordeel is dat het een rustige omgeving is (buiten het lawaai van de andere gasten:) )

在意大利北部的旅遊中,我們在拉斯佩齊亞停留,選擇這個位置參觀五漁村,通過在線預訂平台在CDH酒店拉斯佩齊亞預訂了一晚雙人間,從17.7到18.7.22。酒店非常位於市中心,步行10分鐘即可到達火車站,步行10分鐘即可到達港口。購物街就在拐角處。工作人員的接待很友好,樂於助人。他們給我們提供了他們的房子和La Spezia的所有信息,房間已經準備好入住了,這是積極的,建議預訂停車位,這每晚12歐元。有酒店自有車庫,不遠。酒店門口也可以停車,有空間免費。房間功能佈置,需要的東西都有。房間大小對我們來說還可以。衛生間有點小,但還可以。房間乾淨。早餐對於這種級別的酒店來說非常好。可以希望的一切都有。足夠的空間,新鮮的產品等。甚至鮮榨橙汁。我們可以推薦CDH酒店La Spezia 1至3晚。

很不錯的小眾旅行目的地，值得推薦，酒店不錯： 1、飲食：早餐中規中矩吧，；訂的半食宿，晚餐菜量可以；服務態度很好； 2、停車：肯定得自駕去了，住了兩晚，酒店車庫40歐停一天，意大利停車費用幾個城市都差不多，挺貴的。 3、房間：訂的是行政海景房（就是4層的房間），房間麪積是真小，也就十幾平吧，一個行李箱將就，兩個行李箱肯定沒法打開，略微有一nainai潮；不過行政房有個小陽台，可以抽煙看風景（陽台會被房沿蓋住，其實不太影響視野），另外如果是4層最靠裏的房間（408、409），陽台雖然沒有房沿，但基本沒法站人，沒有麪積，而且視野會被其他房間擋住，我們就是調換到其他房間了。感覺應該是2層的房間是房型最好的。感覺相比起來，意大利的景點酒店，注重視野，而不注重房間內在（麪積、設施等）。 4、小城：點評沒法形容，需要自己去體會，我住了兩晚，有一天坐船去逛五漁村，感覺沒啥意思和必要，就在港口小城放鬆待着逛逛就挺好（尤其容易暈車暈船的，船很顛簸很容易暈船，挺折騰的，五漁村白天沒啥看的） 總體很滿意很值得懷念

Good location between the train station and port. The shower drain was a bit blocked and would over flow if you had it on full. You could also smell the typical unpleasant drain smell from a blocked pipe.

Avoid this hotel at all costs - actually avoid the whole company - I haven't even stayed there and I have had a terrible experience. I booked online in February for a stay in August this year. We then decided we weren't going to stay at Cinque Terra and stay somewhere else. I never received any confirmation via email. I tried to cancel online however as I didn't have a confirmation number I couldn't cancel it. So that day I booked it in February I sent an email to the three different emails on their website asking to cancel the booking. I never heard back. I sent at least 8 messages via my email and their website contact form, also on facebook and instagram and I never heard a thing. The first thing I heard was the day the payment was supposed to come out and they advised that my credit card was incorrect. I replied to someone that I tried to cancel it numerous times and they said I had to cancel it online. I said that I never got a confirmation so I couldn't cancel it online. I also asked in my email I sent in February for a confirmation number to cancel it. They called me a liar that I didn't receive the confirmation. They then proceeded to send it through to me on the day that I was supposed to pay - when I then tried to cancel with the confirmation number it said that the booking didn't exist. These people are a piece of work - I find it very funny that the only time they ever contacted me was the day the payment was due - I had two people talking to me chasing my money and yet I spent months and months trying to cancel my booking. I just looked at my bank and they have taken out the money and when I look on their website they have opened up the dates I was supposed to be staying there. So now they will have my money and someone elses. I wish I had of looked at all the other terrible reviews before I dealt with this place - AVOID AVOID AVOID ....

Grandissima ospitalità della proprietaria. Camera molto accogliente e curata, nonché grandissima pulizia e silenziosità. Letti comodissimi e stanza caldissma. Bagno nuovo e funzionale. Posizione strategica, visto che è a due passi dalla stazione centrale di La Spezia. Esci e hai praticamente un mezzo di trasporto sotto casa. Tutto tutto impeccabile. Giusy poi....la proprietaria.....persona simpaticissima e cordialissima. Ci ha messo a nostro agio subito e sembra di conoscerla da una vita. Socievole, cordiale, e sorridente. Per noi è diventata un punto fermo per le nostre future visite in questa città. CONSIGLIATISSIMO
