樂5漁村斯佩西亞旅館(Le 5 Terre la Spezia)

Very nice interior so don’t be deceived by the old outer building◡̈. Once inside it’s totally different◡̈.

Es una piso vacacional con tres habitaciones gestionadas por dos chicas encantadoras. El portal y la puerta del piso se abren con clave, lo mismo que la puerta de la habitación, que es muy cómoda, puesta con mucho gusto y baño incorporado, la nuestra incluso tenía una sauna de esta situada muy cerca de la estación y del centro de La Spezia

We had a little difficulty in finding the property on foot. I wish there had been a little hand drawn map on the website, it would be so easy, Google maps makes it hard. She sends a video which is great, but you're so trying to pay attention to codes, you fail to see/hear other pertinent info.. like it's in the first floor. The place was DARK and I guess we never tripped the lights to come on and had to use flashlights on our phones to find the door. All this could have been so much easier with very well thought out instructions written as well as the video. I had to re-watch the video for the code to get in, as the info brochure wasn't in the room at check in, but she made the room available early so we could stow our luggage, so she very accommodating!! It's a GREAT room with a GREAT location and a GREAT balcony. We thoroughly enjoyed it once we figured out how to heat the room during this cold snap! We would stay here again, it's so cute and inviting! Great caretaker!! Easy to work with!!

We stayed 4 nights. It was great. They put us in one of the rooms on the station side of the railway tunnel. Just a hop, skip and a jump from the station which was ideal for us as we arrived by train, had a few days in the Cinque Terre, took the train to Pisa for a day ams then took the train to Rome at the end. It’s also very handy to La Spezia town, restaurants etc. we also walked from there to the Ferry to go to Porto Venere for the day. reception was very helpful. Room was great and the coffee machine and pods were much appreciated. Location excellent. The only negative (which didn’t bother us too much) - no elevator. Other than that, we had a great stay.

Emplacement parfait pour qui se déplace en train, idéal pour accéder au centre ville et partir aussi par le train vers les Cinque Terre. Communication parfaite avant et pendant le séjour, quelques informations utiles et pratiques remises à notre arrivée, accueil parfait, chambres parfaitement fonctionnelles et de bon goût ... (4 chambres dont 2 dans chaque bâtiment) et tous étions satisfaits) !

如果你喜歡火車…房間可以俯瞰車站入口，好處是你什麼也看不見，因為窗戶上貼著薄膜，有聲音。就位置而言，那裡比車站區更好。其他都還好，除了停車要額外收費，價格過高，而且上午10點後出發。

Very difficult to navigate 1 way back streets to get to hotel. On arrival however, very lovely greeting Room was clean and neat but our big disappointment was that it smelled very moldy/mildewy. Biggest plus was location which was perfect - literally around the corner from the train station which took us to Cinque Terre
