Hôtel décevant, chambre vieilles et neutres malgré un bâtiment très beau vu de l'extérieur. Au sol un tissu sale, une salle de bain classique. A l'accueil une réceptionniste débordée et désagréable alors qu'il semble y avoir pas plus de 5 clients dans l'hôtel.. ne souhaite pas faire d'effort, nous payons une chambre 115e double et une chambre simple 71e et pourtant ce sont deux chambres identiques... Petit déjeuné insipide sans produits frais... Fuyez ...

Le titre parle de lui même, magnifique édifice de l'extérieur avec son beau jardin au bord de l'Ourthe. Pas mal d'activités dans le domaine (pétanque, plaine de jeux, piscine, ping-pong, tennis, mini golf, billard,....). Terrasse donnant sur l'eau , endroit paisible où se prélasser en buvant un cocktail. Personnel très serviable et sympathique. Ensuite, les chambres ont vraiment besoin d'une rénovation. Elles sont assez petites, mobilier et peinture d'un horrible bleu, 2 lits mis côte à côte pour le double lit, le store qui se ferme mal et qui se situe juste au dessus de nos têtes donc réveillés aux 1er lumières. Pas du tout insonorisées! Cabine de douche minuscule. Il y a un petit frigo dans la chambre. Bref chambre sans aucun charme qui fait penser aux chambre d'un motel bon marché. Le petit déjeuner, dans une salle qui manque également de charme. On se croit dans une cantine. Buffet pas très varié, viennoiseries pas terribles du tout. Le pain par contre très bon. Personnellement nous avons très mal mangé à la brasserie et ne la conseillons pas trop, après c'est une question de facilité d'y manger.

Prima verblijf, kamer en erg netjes, maar het ontbijt was echt niet goed georganiseerd ( een rij van 50 wachtenden voor u en de helft was op om 9u...) en het restaurant is de ene avond zeer goed en de volgende avond niet goed. Een deel van het personeel zeer vriendelijk, anderen echt nors... Misschien door de opstart na Corona?

Spent a night here and was sufficiently impressed that I would come again. The setting close to the the town and in the heart of the Ardennes is its strength. Dinner was hearty and simple and the breakfast buffet was quite good. Hotel and amenities are quite dated. A good option as a base for exploring the area and working within limited means.

We booked there a superior room and came in the evening. The evening receptionist said “I gave you a smaller room. Then you pay less”. He gave us a room at the top. As you read as everybody wrote. The heating is broke so we could not sleep because of the heat. Even with window open. In the morning they pushed us to pay 2 days 350 euro ! Instead of 170 as the evening receptionis told us. Even they know the hearing is broken. Watch out for this scam hotel.

The outside is very nice (facade, park, river) but on the inside it has a strong (run-down) youth hostel feeling. Paint coming off etc. We paid double the price because the hotel has not listed the family rooms correctly in Booking and staff did nothing to help/sort the situation. We ended up with two rooms for 4 instead of one. Giving us 8 beds! (Family) rooms are tiny - you can hardly walk around the bed. Beds are all single - you can push them together but might fall in between. WIFI did not work which was explained with: yeah, we know about... Sorry. That's it! Service on the terrasce was very poor too. Extremely slow & unfriendly. The Hotel is very nicely situated.

Om te beginnen lijkt het van buitenaf net een gevangenis waar je naar binnen stapt. Ongezellig, oud, vervallen, niet verleidelijk om naar binnen te gaan. Als je binnen komt heb je eigenlijk meteen het gevoel dat je weer weg wilt. Het stinkt, het is klein en krap, vies, oud, vervallen, vieze plastice matrassen met allemaal kruimels en viezigheid erop. Er is eigenlijk weinig tot geen comfort, houten stoelen waar je na een uur echt niet meer op kan zitten, geen relaxhoek, geen waterkoker, geen handzeep, geen stopcontacten op de slaapkamers. De koeling en vriezer stonden uit bij aankomst waardoor we een aantal uren hebben moeten wachten tot we koud eten en drinken hadden. Er is geen oven, dus je kan geen hapjes, eten of broodjes afbakken. En dan als laatste ook absoluut geen klantvriendelijke medewerkers. Wij gaan met gierende banden weer naar huis. Bah!! Kortom; niet boeken, je wilt hier echt niet slapen!!!!

magnifique batisse de l extérieur , j etais charmée juste avant ....de voir la chambre. chambre petite et moche , limite chambre de formule1 ou campanile , aucun charme , lit tres petit dans une chambre standard , personnel , rien a dire , bien accueilli a l accueil et au petit déjeuner qui etais normal , choix de pain , charcuterie , fromage etc...par contre café moyen , nous n avons pas pu profiter des autres infractrustures
