Pago un día extra , me lo cobra Expidia me lo cobra el Hotel mas $100 de depósito en total me cobran de la tarjeta $605 al final del día, repito por 1 día mas, al final que fue error del manager, que Expidia me lo regresara en fin esto si molesta!

This hotel really needed updating. The shower head looked like it was about 20 years, the carpet was just about as bad. The room lacked attention to detail in its daily cleaning - sheets not fully clean, corners having dirt, etc. Not worth the $170 spent on the room. Manager was very rude and would not listen to honest feedback. Avoid this hotel at all costs!!!!

Asked for a higher floor when I checked in (Diamond member and it’s on my holiday inn account/preference)…and was told hotel was full and I couldn’t be moved ….over the 2 days there it was obvious hotel almost empty. I was told by cleaning staff they spread ‘guests’ around to save having to travel up/down floors….don’t lie…tell the truth about your policy….

Our room had a smell upon arrival, we assumed just smelled odd...there was black mold. After being in the room for sometime and finding that, we notified the front desk they switched us rooms. New room seemed cleaner. But upon waking up in the morning we switched on the ceiling lights and there should have been a flash warning. Luckily this doesnt impact us, however it very much could impact someone else health wise.

We didn't like the charge going from the quoted price at the time I made the reservation to $20.00 dollars more on arrival. They said that would not go through , but i don.t know what that was all about.

Horrible hotel. First room had no mattress in the pull out bed and no air conditioning so they moved us. Second room the TV did not work so they moved us. Third room the TV remote control didn't work. It was too late to move to another room so we went to bed. Front desk worker spoke very little English. Avoid this place.

Comfortable rooms, convenient location, Cleaned rooms and Friendly staff. I always stay here. Adding a personal touch to ensure a pleasant and accommodating experience during your stay at the motel.good service. Highly recommended. Thank you

I travel to LPTX often, but wouldn’t stay here again. It’s very musty smelling, the breakfast was cold and stale despite us being the first there to eat that morning and the milk pitcher was sour.

Its a nice place quiet and seems safe. Not many people check that time. Its decent clean . My only issue is the morning breakfast my first day is good but second till my fourth day no Banana refills and coffee. I did feedback it on my second day about the coffee but still not done.
