卡薩融合精品飯店(Casa Fusion Hotel Boutique)

Casa Fusion is a large, old house only 100m from the teleférico (cable car) Very friendly staff who all speak good english. Our room (33) was up 2 flights of stairs and large, with a desk, chair and a small sofa as well as a comfy bed. Decent sized bathroom. The only window was high up, so only a view of the sky -- and teleférico. Breakfast was excellent, although we found the online ordering via your phone the night before rather too complicated, and mistakes were made (although that could have just been me and my fat fingers!) Good wifi throughout, including the pleasant sitting area we used a couple of times. The laundry service was very good, and very reasonable. Lots of banks and restaurants nearby, and of course the teleférico -- by far the best way to get around the city.

We are backpacking. This was an oasis of calm away from the craziness of the city centre. It is a well located hotel. The hotel offers pastries and are very accommodating and considerate of your requirements. We had laundry undertaken at a very reasonable price. We were also able to get a good rate for our four day stay though Black Friday sale. It is a family run hotel and all the staff are very nice. The girl that serves the breakfast is very pleasant and the gentleman that runs the kitchen is very nice to speak to and polite. The young man that runs the front desk though the evening goes above and beyond. He is very pleasant also and even ordered us a pizza one evening when we returned from a long day tour doing the death road cycling. I highly recommend this hotel. It needs a touch of paint here and there but it is a very pleasant environment and I felt very relaxed the entire duration of my stay! Oh and the breakfast and cakes are a dream !! 🍰

The kind and skilled owners and staff have taken excellent care of me for many visits over the years, and it’s time for me to acknowledge that excellence. During the demonstrations the wracked Bolivia a few years ago, when blockades led to food shortages, other hotels suspended restaurant service, but not Casa Fusion – each morning, they still brewed their delicious coffee, setting out crackers instead of (no longer available) bread, cheese instead of butter, and some jam – but guests were kept fed! And during the bouts of Covid panic that swept Bolivia, they opened up while other hotels were still shuttered, and spent hours (literally) working with me, ensuring that I could have a valid test result to board my return flight home. Now tourists are returning to Bolivia, and Casa Fusion continues to provide their excellent service. The little café is as charming as ever, the yummy in-house bakery draws tourists and Paceños, and this reasonably-priced hotel, perfectly situated in the restaurant-filled Sopocachi neighborhood and half a block from the cable car station, serves grateful guests from around the world.

I stayed here for 3 nights in November 2022. I appreciated that the staff were communicative on email prior to my arrival and arranged a driver to pick me up a the airport. This hotel is located in a great area- very quiet, but just a few steps away from the Yellow Teleferico line. I loved having breakfast in the dining room with the glass window in the ceiling where I could watch the telefericos zipping by one after another. My only word of caution is that my room (#11) was not the quietest room as the noise from the front desk area carried through whenever people were talking. An upstairs room might be quieter.
