L'endroit est beaucoup moins charmant que ce à quoi je m'attendais, un peu bruyant quand même côté rue, et avec des créneaux d'une demi-heure pour le petit-déjeuner un peu étranges quand on est en vacances, et tout de même un peu excentré. Cela dit, c'est quand même très convenable, à défaut d'être aussi génial que ce que laissent penser photos avantageuses et commentaires élogieux...

Tiny room with small bed for one person, didn’t sleep well during all the week of vacation as we had street window view and drivers started to park and unpark their car at 5 am. After one week of vacation owner of the hotel use our card on booking for additional money(65 euro), be careful, it’s better to delete the card from the booking after paying

Spent a week long autumn break with my partner in the casa, and couldn't be happier with the accommodation. Amos is an incredible host and a wonderful person, he made us feel like old friends. The place is clean, well organised and comfortable. Our room was perfect in size with an en-suite bathroom. If you go when it is really warm (I assume it would be the most part of the year) there are both aircon and ceiling fan installed in the rooms. You can choose 7/8 options for breakfast and all of them are good sized portions, delicious and healthy with vegan options available. The place is a 10-20 min walk from the city centre/port area, yet extremely quiet that we really appreciated. The nearest tram stop, Puente Zurita is 3-5 mins walk. The same tram line takes up to the heart of La Laguna, the old capital that is a treat in itself. The house is a traditional Santa Cuz town house, full of whimsical ornaments, antique furniture and cool artwork. The whole place has a very positive, warm atmosphere that is crowned by the roof terrace. It is truly a home away from home, I can't recommend it enough!

I recommend booking this place when in Tenerifes. They made me feel welcome and like a family which is important as a solo traveller. Loved the rooftop. And it's adults only which is always a plus. 10 out of 10

Hemos estado unos días en Tenerife y la estancia ha sido en Casa Doña Carmela, hay tanto a destacar, empezaré por la amabilidad de Amós, antes de ir ya vi que había elegido el mejor sitio, se puso en contacto conmigo, y desde que supo la hora de mi llegada, ya dispuso que tuviéramos el mejor servicio, fruta en la habitación, agua...en fin un lugar para descansar, cómodo, limpísimo¡¡¡...el desayuno magnifico, a la carta, y Amós te orienta, lugares para visitar, dónde comer, si tienes que madrugar se preocupa de dejarte el desayuno preparado, tienes a tu disposición, nevera, agua...en fin no dudes en pedirle lo que necesites para tu estancia, que él te lo facilitará con una amabilidad que te hace sentir cómo en casa...mejor que en casa¡¡¡. Tiene una terraza para disfrutarla y aprovechar más el relax que te ofrece....el lugar magnifico, tranquilo...volveremos sin duda¡¡¡.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per 7 notti ed è stato tutto perfetto, come in famiglia. Struttura arredata con gusto. Il proprietario Amos una persona straordinaria, gentile e premuroso, ci ha dato subito giuste informazioni sul luogo e su posti sa visitare PULIZIA IMPECCABILE Parcheggio facile da trovare nelle vicinanze Che dire non potevamo fare scelta migliore.... DA RITORNARE E SOPRATTUTTO CONSIGLIARE
