心之礦溫泉飯店(Hotel Kokoro Mineral Hot Springs)

Liked the convenience and experience of the hot pools. Nice separate cabins and good breakfast and pleasant staff.

Hotel Kokoro definitely has its charms. It is not as fancy as other hotels in the area, but it's fine for the price. Kokoro serves a different market and it's not trying to be the four seasons. That being said, the pool could use a little more upkeep.

The gardens and view of the Arenal Volcano was breathtaking, but the rooms were not the best. The mattresses were uncomfortable, pillows lumpy, the sheets and towels were old and frayed. We had air conditioning which we were grateful for but it was very noisy and they weren't able to get someone to fix it. Breakfast was included but it was not appealing. The pool was nice but could be cleaner and the seating around the pool was uncomfortable. The staff at the hotel were wonderful and very kind.

Personal muy amable. Desayuno 5 estrellas. Lo q el lugar está algo anticuado. Y descuidado. Pero lo volvería a repetir. Vista excelente al volcan

Loved everything about this place. Saw the cutest sloth on the property near the hot pools!!!

Tiene una buena ubicación. Pero deben trabajar en mejorar las instalaciones. Se agradece al personal por su buena disposición.

Todo genial en este lugar, aunque las aguas termales no estaban listas a la hora prometida. Pero genial de cualquier manera
