Llegamos al hotel, la Srita Mónica de Consierge nos dio un recorrido en el hotel con las amenidades, así como el restaurante donde contratamos los desayunos incluídos. El 1er día el aire acondicionado del cuarto no funcionaba y nadie dio seguimiento a nuestra petición. Después de todo el día estar esperando, finalmente en la noche nos dieron otra habitación, pero no había agua potable, ni para lav**** los dientes. Al día siguiente fui a desayunar al lugar asignado para ello y me dijeron que estaba todo reservado para "tiempos compartidos". Argumenté que eso no era posible ya que me habían ofrecido ese lugar para desayunar en forma libre. En eso apareció un tal Sr. Esperón, de origen cubano, y me ordenó el lugar donde "yo debería desayunar" a lo que le dije que no estaba de acuerdo. De manera grosera y prepotente me ordenó ir con él a la oficina del concierge comenzando a gritarme luego que le dije que era un déspota y un patán y no era posible tratar así a ningún huésped. El personal del front desk escuchando toda la conversación, al final no solo mandó llamar a los guardias de seguridad, sino que ordenó a la gerente Concierge que me devolvieran el dinero y me fuera del hotel. NO LO RECOMIENDO de ninguna manera. Es lamentable lo sucedido en el hotel y tengan cuidado con ese tipo de personas.

Un hotel muy bonito y ideal para pasar un fin de semana. todas las atenciones fueron geniales desde nuestra llegada hasta el dia que nos retiramos. los desayunos muy completos y bien, las areas limpias comodas y seguras. pero la habitación fue genial, como para pasar alli mas tiempo. un descanso muy acogedor. la unica recomendación es que deberian tener un servicio de comida mas tarte. llegamos despues de un viaje largo a las 11:00 PM pensando en cenar, pero no habia nada disponible.

Fui de vacaciones con mi pareja y me gustó mucho el hotel es muy tranquilo y te atienden muy bien y el personal muy amable y la comida está muy rica y las bebidas también y la playa muy tranquila parece alberca y as instalaciones están muy bien y limpias del hotel, muy buen hotel de descanso,volveria a ir.

I have so many good things to say about Kovay Gardens. From the moment we arrived we felt at home. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the suite was spotlessly clean and elegant, and the property itself is gorgeous. This is the perfect place for a romantic getaway, small, quiet and very charming.

I stayed here with a few of my girls for a friend’s bachelorette. This place was amazing! My first time in Mexico and I was NOT disappointed. The staff was accommodating and friendly and the views were exquisite. If you prefer a resort away from the busy hustle and bustle of the city, this is your spot. Personally, that was a plus for me though some of the other ladies would’ve preferred more access to downtown, that’s why I rated it 4 stars instead of 5.

Went to see condos, listen to resort perks, and learn about fractional ownership. All was well with presentation until we decided against ownership. That’s when manager Dawn turned on us like a pit bull on a kitten. No need for that. My wife is a peaceful person, but has walked the most dangerous slums in Manila, but after being called stupid, she wanted to whoop Dawns but all the way back to La Puente. Read later it all was a scam, but have no actual proof of that. We spent hours though hearing the pitch, then this sudden attitude, and they then accused us of wasting their time, when in fact, we wasted a half of day and felt trapped there.

This is a difficult review to write because there are2 distinct issues here. 1. The facility has lovely gardens, great staff, and is very quiet. The pool went from Unheated all the way to bathtub temperature. The food was fine but nothing available before 8 (coffee is in the room) for breakfast didn’t meet our needs. The was an egg and omelet station but breads were very limited. There is only one restaurant and only one bar and it closes at 7. There are many room configurations available but who builds on the ocean without a balcony? The studio rooms have no balcony. The rooms are nicely decorated and the entire place is very clean. 2. We were invited here to attend a presentation to purchase fractional ownership. The sales people are very good at what they do - convince you that this is a good deal for you. The man who did the presentation was knowledgeable and pleasant BUT the “boss” was rude and very, very entitled! He made our decision easy! NO! We talked to a few people who have purchased and seem to be happy with what they have but we did hear some comments that they couldn’t get the time they wanted. We met others who rented through AirBnB or other owner rental options.

We are four girls from Belgrade who flew to Rome, Mexico City, and PVR. We loved Kovay Gardens the most. Out of all the resorts and hotels, this was the most relaxing. It was a long flight, but we got to visit Mexico. The staff was excellent, telling us what to see and explore. We love their beach.
