Notre chambre supérieure vue mer aurait besoin d’un rafraîchissement, le prix de correspond pas à la catégorie choisie pour un 5 étoiles, et est en plein dans le bruit permanent de la piscine. Les portes fenêtres laissent passer le bruit comme si on était en extérieur , donc aucun moyen d’avoir un moment de calme. En payant moins cher on aurait eu une chambre certes sans vue mais loin du tumulte permanent.

La experiencia fue más que excelente, la pasamos muy bien y las atenciones hablaron por sí mismo del hotel en cada área y lugar, es la primera vez que recibo un trato de seguimiento, servicio, entre otros atributos que para mí se han perdido en la mayoría de los negocios sin importar el tipo y es la atención al cliente y nivel de servicio eso lo es todo por lo cual las personas vuelven. De verdad que sigan así porque dónde me atienden con tantos detalles yo me vuelvo y me quedo.

Pésima la atención, pague mucho más para poder obtener un mejor servicio como el “ Diamond club” sin embargo tomó el doble de tiempo para poder hacer un check in encima de todo subieron mis maletas después de 40 mins a la habitación, NUNCA había toallas para poder estar en la piscina, dijeron que al pagar más podrías tener acceso a todas las instalaciones, lo cual fue mentira! No se pueden usar la Cabanas, tampoco algunas sillas para tomar sol, tienes q pagar extra para usarlo y esta todo en la misma área, pésimo servicio, el restaurante de carnes estuvo malísimo, el restaurante italiano tomó más de 2 horas para que nos trajeran la comida, el “club” que tienen dentro del hotel sumamente aburrido, no hay shows buenos en la piscina, definitivamente si quieren ir en busca de fiesta y algo diferente como ver shows bailando o en la piscina este NO ES EL HOTEL para eso, el desayuno buffet es pésimo!! No hay opciones y la comida no es nada agradable. NO LO RECOMIENDO!

El hotel es lindo. Pero la habitación es horrible, al c/in llegue a una habitación aún sucia y un mini bar oxidado que sentí me dio corriente, el chico del C/in fue muy amable pero si senti falto mas tacto y amabilidad de los otros. La comida es buena igual que la animación. Adrián del Hunter fue excelente

Muy agradable el personal muy atento tuve una bonita experiencia con la chica que me recibió llamada Rafelita y Mayte la chica de la recepción también muy atenta siempre conmigo

La prioridad esta bien cuidada, buenas atenciones pero el menu no tiene variedad entindo que por lo que cobran pueden ofrecer un poco mas y ojo no ke afrezcan al cliente cosas que no tienen! Eso si el personal y las atenciones excelentes

The hotel overall was great. Music was 10/10, so was the food. The rooms I give a 7/10. I expected more from a “Presidential” suite. Definitely need more options of food for room service. AC in the restaurants can be better, but the buffet definitely needs AC. The poor workers are out there hustling in that kitchen with no heat! Overall, I loved my stay. I give it an overall 9/10

We stayed at the hotel for 5 days to celebrate our honeymoon and everything was great! There were many food options, top liquor selections. Excellent service from everyone who works there! The beach was nice, very clean. It was easy to uber to other places outside of the resort. I would definitely recommend this resort if you would like a property that has a great balance of fun & relaxation😄 😌

The hotel located right on the beach. Therefore, for the most time its was very breezy. The beach was gorgeous, water turquoise, blue , green,and dark blue, send is mocha color. Property was kept clean all the time. There's lots of intertainment day and night. Shows, dancing, pool activities during the day. Gets quiet by 11 pm. Food was great. They had a day of dominican culture food. I and my husband loved it. We had butler, Billy Joel, and eveyrhing was done for us starting from a warm welcome to escorting us to a taxi cub on the way back home. He was great. We had a dimond club. And it was worth every penny. We had special treatment, gorgeous room, separate beach where local sales people were not allowed to bother us (security was watching all the time), separate beach grill with a bar, sneak and beverages bar, discount on the Spa, separate private pool on the higher level. Their Spa is something else!!! I had massages in the past at different countries and places..nothing like this one. We had hydrotherapy for an hour and couples massage. My husband fell asleep. The price was reasonable for a dimond club clients. All staff was attantive and super nice. Especially, I would like to thank Angel, Jeorge, Yerfrin. And Mariana is a Queen of Pina Coladas of the DR. She serves Dimond Club beach bar. The whole atmosphere is cheerful and happy. The only negative thing was is the Buffe. The food was amazing. However, the buffe has no fans, no air condition..
