5星とあってスタッフの対応は良かった。
restaurant & BARはルーフトップで眺めがいい。
ただインターネットのWiFiが弱い気がしましま。

Great location and the rooms are awesome and have everything you need.
The night staff was very accommodating to us when I twisted my knee and they had to rush us to the hospital.
Food orders take a while to arrive though.

I sincerely appreciate services by Samuel, He showed much proffesionalism when I came over during easter holidays with my family, He gave us more than what we expected to get. I tick his conduct towards guests, I won't forget his comfortability in RM 401,thnx to the management at large, a must come back coz of Samuel

This place is far more than just great its absolutely incredible i stayed with my friends was a short but worth while it lasted.The breakfast amazing the staff from the door step top notch. Special thanks to the entire team for an incredible stay and looking forward to coming back. Just know when you are there don’t miss the incredible view overlooking the lake. See you soon Uganda

I would totally recommend this venue. The service was excellent. The staff are extremely helpful. I particularly loved working with Timothy and Martin who provided quick and efficient service. The food was good. I just recommend more play facilities for children who can't swim. Well done to the team.
