查班尼奢華度假村(Qambani Luxury Resort)

Im Qambani Resort bleiben keine Weitere mache offen. Es waren für uns 5 super erholsame Tage nach einer recht anstrengen Safari. Hier stimmt einfach alles! Superfreundliches Personal, das höchst aufmerksam agiert. Perfektes Essen zu jeder der täglich 3 Mahlzeiten. Sehr gute Weinkarte und gut bestückte Bar. Sehr große, saubere Villen - wir hatten Coastal und sind begeistert. Wir haben das Resort während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht verlassen, war aber unsererseits auch nicht gewünscht und notwendig. Hier gibt es Erholung pur. Einfach Mega und die absolute Empfehlung.

Qambani is the perfect place to relax, if you literally want to do nothing, except laze by the pool, or read a book! We absolutely loved the resort, from the staff, to the rooms, it was perfect. The food was very good, not 5* but still tasty and well presented! All in all, we had a great time!

Op het best wel hectische Zanzibar is Qambani een oase van rust en luxe. Elke dag is er een verrassend nieuw menu en de villa’s zijn prachtig, groot en luxe. Met een heerlijk zeebriesje is het er zelfs op hete dagen prima vol te houden. Prachtige infinity pool!

Extraordinaire Nous avions une chambre avec une immense piscine privé Et vraiment c'était le top Nourriture très bonne et ménage des chambres impeccables Je profite pour remercier les femmes de ménages car l hôtel est d une propreté remarquable ainsi que tout le personnel qui a été au petit soin pour nous . Merci au chef cuisinier pour ces bons repas 5 nuits passés ont été parfaites merci

Le paradis à Zanzibar ! Du check-in jusqu’au check-out tout a été parfait ! La manager a été au petit soin tout au long de notre séjour tout comme son équipe ! Repas copieux, petite attention appréciée (anniversaire), propreté, gentillesse, serviabilité ! C’est un petit coin de paradis loin des lieux touristiques mais proche de tout (blue lagoon, barrière de corail, The Rock…) !

On voudrait garder ce lieu exclusif pour soi, tellement on s y sent bien, privilégié Je me dois pourtant de vous faire partager cette belle expérience Je confirme les avis précédents bien sûr. Et confirme la beauté du site, de l accueil, du suivi clientèle, de la gentillesse. Le dîner nous a été servi sur notre terrasse le soir ou nous ne souhaitions pas bouger, avec beaucoup de gentillesse L effet des grosses marées ne permet pas de vraiment se baigner, mais on peut faire de longues balades sur la plage. On vous prête même les chaussures de plages🙏 deux piscines sont là pour notre plus grand plaisir. Cocktails sympas déjeuner en bord de piscine généreux. Luxe calme et volupté !!!!sera notre conclusion Merciiiiiii

Un hôtel bien caché. Lorsque vous franchissez la porte, quelle surprise. Un hôtel magnifique, propre et luxueux. Quant aux repas, vous serez émerveillés. Le tout avec un personnel serviable et une responsable aux petits soins et qui trouveras une solution quoiqu'il vous arrive, quoique vous ayez envie. Nous avons passé u.e sermai e merveilleuse. Je recommande fortement.

The original review from 2019 is further below. - To the appalling management: we weren't asked to leave from your place the last time, that's factually untrue, aka a lie. We decided to leave your place. - Yes, there were yelling ,but not insults. We've never acted like this in other places, only in what could be the worst experience, and the worst value for money and incompetent management. The training courses should be directed to management as well as employees. - Re drinking. We rejected the open bar option, so it's impossible we were drinking that much. Another lie. - Again, the food was of the lowest quality, even simple things like eggs, were of subpar quality. - I'll be writing to the owners of this resort to suggest a change of management and a redo of what could've been a good business. Original comment: Overall this is a terrible hotel run by totally clueless, thick management. You’ll see below a number of points we were very upset at, but given safety is very important, I’d like to highlight some basic stuff this pretend high end hotel lacks: Safety: - There’s no phone in the room or connection at all with reception or the outside world. At night reception is closed and no one around to contact. We needed bandages for my wife’s sprain in the middle of the night and there was nobody to help, had to wait until 6.30am when I could find someone (of course with the usual language barrier). - The hotel is in the middle of literally nowhere, off a small road, so if something happens in the middle of the night (or the day, for that matter), you have nowhere to call. Staff/service - This was a consistent miss. Staff overall looked untrained, unprofessional, unhappy and clueless. Very few smiles or how are you, very few times we were asked how we were or offered a drink at the pool. They have a poor command of English (some of them no English at all like the kitchen staff), resulting in them standing there staring at us, evidently not knowing what we wanted. They were unfamiliar with the drinks list, in terms of brands, amount (single or double), etc. We had to ask for an ashtray every single time, even they saw us smoking on a daily basis. Sometimes orders were mixed up. Service was in general slow. This was particularly evident after the amazing service we had at The Rock Restaurant. Dining/food: - Breakfast: poor quality overall, sausages were cheap frankfurt style (we found exactly the same sausages in the much lower resort Karafuu); few options on charcuterie, just cheap salami and low quality cheese slices. The most annoying thing was we had to ask for real butter every morning as they had only margerine. More irking was the fact that staff didn’t know the difference between the two. Eggs were pale yellow yolk, indicative of poor quality. We asked for avocados, after 4 days they were unable to offer ripe avocados. Same with orange juice, they just did

Nous avons passé 4 jours en famille dans cet hôtel superbe. Nous ne rêvons que d’une chose… y retourner! La beauté des lieux, la décoration raffinée font de cet hôtel très exclusif un écrin pour se reposer. Une mention particulière pour l’accueil attentionné de la responsable!
