納德薩泰姬飯店&度假村(Taj Nadesar Palace)

El personal, su amabilidad, sus atenciones..., las instalaciones, los servicios... todo. No se me ocurre ninguna sugerencia de mejora, porque todo me pareció insuperable con excepción de las comidas (claro, como en toda la India), pero en el hotel se esfuerzan por satisfacerte hasta en eso.

La puntuación se la pusimos en función de lo que esperábamos por el precio de la habitación. El lugar es una muy linda casa antigua, pero de ningún modo te hace sentir en un palacio, como otros hoteles en que hemos estado. La habitación no tiene ninguna vista que sea agradable. Hay que destacar que el personal es extremadamente amable y atento. La comida es muy buena, tanto el desayuno como la cena. El gran problema para quienes en India nos cuidamos de las picaduras de mosquitos es precisamente la cantidad de mosquitos, probablemente por estar en un parque. Dentro de la habitación hay tableta para mosquitos pero no logran solucionarlo y nos picaron muchos mosquitos incluso dentro de la habitación. Al hacer el check out nos dieron un hermoso regalo pero si volviese a Varanasi elegiría otra opción.

It has been a very pleasurable experience at your hotel. The exceptional warmth of hospitality I received from Mr. Yadupati Singh delivered the essence of Tajness and ensured that I feel esteemed & valued. Even the restaurant team led by Mr. Arghya Chowdhury & Harsh Rawat sweetened the culinary delights with the joint efforts of Chef Rohit & Chef Daksh presented by Mr. Shubham. More so, the departure experience with the extension of services through front office and travel desk imprinted the nostalgia of coming back again and taking back the experience to cherish for lifetime. Very grateful to the entire team at the Taj, Varanasi for such impeccable hospitality.

This was my second time at the hotel with family and had a consistently pleasant experience. Of course the palace itself is grand, and well maintained but what really takes it up a notch is the service by the staff members. They make sure you are well taken care of and provide you with a personalized experience. All the staff members - especially Rupak Chakraborty (***ager), Mr. Shashi(F&B), Mr. Harsh(F&B), Mr. Ganesh(F&B), Mr. Shubham (F&B), Mr. Subhas (F&B), Mr. Vinod(Housekeeping), Mr. Rajkumar (Housekeeping), and Chef Rohit deserve a shoutout for their impeccable services and for going above and beyond. Got to mention that they let my daughter drive the horse carriage which was the highlight of her trip and mine was the daily classical music program by the pool from 8 to10pm.! Taj Nadesar Palace will be our goto hotel for stay at Varanasi.

The Best Place to stay in Varanasi if you can afford. The hospitality is phenomenal and the Food is just awesome. In the Reception Afifa, Rupak are the best, they go out of their way to help you. Ganeshji takes care of your culinary health and Subham is to serve food, and above all Harsh he is the best a ***/Wo*** can get

Truly beautiful hotel. Every room has a story and great crafts***ship. As you walk through the veran***, you appreciate something new every time. The hospitality of the place is exceptional. Every one of the staff is outstanding in their behaviour, communication and warmth. Like Ms Anuradha from Reception Area, she made us feel special by adding little things here and there. She is just a representative of really high standards. We had one of the best 90 minute massages we’ve had in a very long time. The experience was top-notch! They exceeded 5 stars and I wish I could have stayed just a lot bit longer. Needless to say I will be back!

Absolutely wonderful stay. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is friendly. The hotel was an oasis after touring Kashi. I highly recommend staying here. They make you feel like family and look after you to make sure everything is perfect. We will stay here again when we come back!

Great property but definitely not worth the high price. On average rooms are priced upwards of 40k which is completely not their fair price. Limited dining options. Brij rama palace offered much more value for money in comparison and nadesar, while branding it self as uber luxury, lacks on that front with pricing at uber luxury levels.
