Albeit the hostel is nearby the Kunming Railway Station, it’s quite hard to navigate to the right destination since it’s a complex of apartment buildings. Since I arrive early in the morning just after my night train, my calls to the host numbers kept hitting voicemails, I struck luck that the security guard helped me to find the exact location and wait at the entrance door downstairs. It’ll be best if you phone the host directly since they could speak basic English. To enter the building itself, you’ll either need to wait for someone or there’s an alternative which will be explained by the host. I think there are multiple units, but the one that I was assigned to, the run-down hostel is unkempt and has foul smells from the bedsheets, I couldn’t pinpoint what it was. The common area is cluttered with a lot of unused items like exercise books and curved monitor. The balcony has a scenic view of Kunming city, so that’s a great save. Though my stay was just for mere few hours, smells kept hitting my nose like a juggernaut especially the only bathroom, with its toilet bowl stained with poop and I felt like puking. For a 38RMB stay, it’ll be better to spend a bit more for somewhere proper.

밑에 한국인 리뷰 ‘준잉’이라는 사람이 건물 사진 2번으로 햇갈리게 올려놔서 잘못찾아감. 2번이 아니라 3으로 써있는곳으로 들어가야함. 어쨋든 늦은시간 도착해서 도미토리에 있던 다른 손님이 문열어줘 들어가서 하룻밤 자고 나옴. 캡슐도미에 1박하기엔 괜찮음. 주변에 슈퍼, 식당 많음.

Very comfortable room to stay. The guest house is really close to Kunming railway station. There are lots of food stalls and restaurants, which open until midnight. If you travel to Dali and Lijiang by train, I recommend you stay in the guest house. When we contact the owner on We Chat, she'll always answer our questions.

The second night i saw no one except Some day guests who pay just for a couple hours, or the day.

La ubicación justo al lado de la está central , el sitio algo difícil de encontrar y la habitación algo pequeña y con muchos insectos por la noche , que dificultan poder dormir agusto y el baño algo pequeño también

立地は昆明駅に近くて素晴らしいし、スタッフも親切。ただ、トイレ・バスルームの清潔さはいまひとつ。ベッドの布団はちょっと臭う。 また、場所がマンション群の中の一室で、オートロックの呼び出しが必要なので中国語喋れない人にはハードルが高いかも。

與其他住宿相比，這個住宿更乾淨。和 廁所是抽水馬桶，位置非常好，就在火車站旁邊。景色也很漂亮。

業主和客人都很友好，與我們分享美食。謝謝！ 📍🥘地理位置優越，附近有很多餐廳，可以享受當地美食！ 🚶您可以步行到達很多地方，而且那裡有一所小學，所以這可能是一個安全的地方。 🚽🚿淋浴間位於馬桶正上方，洗澡有點不方便，不過習慣之後就沒問題了。 🧺洗衣費： 2 元〜

住宿是公寓。離捷運和鐵路不遠，但你必須穿過一個有幾個樓梯的隧道。 住宿地點是哪一棟？因為這是一棟高樓，有很多房間。 住宿區有很多吃飯的地方。住宿不遠處有一家大型超市，管理階層不會說英語。但總是盡力提供協助。 房間乾淨又漂亮。溫水效果很好。

Great hostel with comfortable location, friendly staff and good price. I was staying here many times and I'll visit this place in future definitely.

Its perfect to stay there may be little cozy but good to stay in a bit

很不錯的公寓式民宿，也很乾凈整潔，價格也很便宜，出行很不錯，公寓附近也很安全，不怕會有壞人還有門禁卡

你得到你付出的代價..不多。 床很硬，沒有地方可以鎖東西。相當難找。
