Resort Silver Hills Lonavala 銀山度假村

It's a scenic and quiet place to relax over the weekend, the place was lacking some upkeep and it could probably be the effects of the pandemic as the staff were simply awesome. The staff right from the security guard, front office staff, housekeeping staff to the catering staff were ever smiling and eager to please, this quality of attention coupled with the delicious cuisine ***** with the follow-up from the restaurant staff to cater to dining requests (made to order) simply makes this place a must visit again favourite. The swimming pool was clean and spacious, there are no lifeguards on duty and one has to take care of one's own well being.

Staff here is extremely polite. They will guide you well. Also, they would keep giving remainders for food at night so that we don't miss out on food once the time passes. Same with breakfast, Last but not the least. Location is extremely worth every penny. We booked mountain view rooms. Over all everything is fair according to the prices we pay. Rather the location is so on point we were surprised why weren't they charging more.

Had a nice spacious family room on second floor, beautiful sunrise view in between the mountains from there, polite and helpful staff, clean ambience, food available at reasonable price, altogether a stay worth money paid, thankful to all the members of hotel who helped us to know more about the place.

Nestled conveniently close to the Lonavala railway station, this resort is a delightful escape for travelers seeking both comfort and adventure. The resort boasts spacious rooms with modern amenities and luxurious bathrooms, ensuring a comfortable stay. The swimming poolis large. The breakfast was also delicious at the end thanks to bhavesh ji for being awesome host.

This was the first time I was visiting a resort and trust me I was not disappointed a bit. The polite staff, the well maintained greenery, the super clean rooms and ready-to-serve-at-any-moment house keeping. The attractive restaurant with lots of antiques placed even the water bottles of glass were eye catchy and worth stealing ;) Also the pool (swimming pool) was clean and towels were kept for covering ourselves after the relaxing therapy gave to yourself, best value resort.

I was travelling to Lonavala. We stopped by this resort to eat lunch. The parking availability was ample. As we got into the hotel, we were warmly welcomed by their staff. It was such a pleasant welcome I've ever seen in a while. The food we ordered here was presented neatly within a few minutes, the staff served everyone the food kindly. The food was very scrumptious and freshly made. The staff kept assisting us with great patience, it was so kind.
