I booked a deluxe room but on arrival the cottages looked better than deluxe so I requested for a refund of the differential amount or a complimentary breakfast (or any complimentary benefit) as I was downgrading my stay. The hotel clearly denied as the booking was from MMT and they don’t get any commission or full fare.

This is a 45+ year old property in the heart of thekadi and gives a haweli vibe. The staff is friendly and good.

We had the worst experience staying here. The room was not maintained at all. The door was jammed and somebody had to push from outside to get in sometimes. There was no proper room service. Did not provide water, or toiletries such as soap, brush without complaining. Charged extra for additional water bottles. Food in the restaurant was worst, we all got food poisoning and struggled throughout the visit.

Service is too poor, hotel room r also not good it looks good but not maintained properly waste of money place they don't even provide handwash in washroom, bedsheet smells dirty couldn't sleep properly not at all a good place at this price they are charging too much money but not providing any service
