One day stay at kingsbury. The lobby looked good and was well maintained. Food/snacks at the restaurant was good. Room was small but excellent. Bed and sheets were super comfy. Bathroom was super modern and v hygienic. Limited parking available next to lobby and an extra parking lot is 2 buildings away

Very Courteous Team. Really enjoyed the stay and great hospitality and very neat and clean rooms. We had booked the stay for two nights for our family. The Team continuously were in touch with us right from booking to checkout. They were very helpful.

The room was spacious. Hospitality top class. Staff provided necessary assistance. They know the place around. Proximity to Thiruvlanchuzhi temple and Swamimalai temple are a big plus. No place is far away. The restaurant provided sumptuous food.

Ideally located in a calm but commercial place where the famous temples of Lord Adhikumbheswarar and Lord Sarrangapani , and other temples are situated. We stayed in a Deluxe room on 3rd floor. Spacious with wardrobe and a clean restroom. Complimentary Bottled drinking water (1 number) of local brand, tasting little saltish, is provided daily. No kettle or toiletry is given. But room needs make over as walls and curtains are shabby and dirty. Staff are courteous and helping type. Unfortunately, no good eatery is found in this busy part of town.

The rooms were good and the staff reasonably alright. But full credit must go to Sathishkumar Vaitheeswaran for taking special care of our travel requirements. The hotel did not seem to have its own car to drop visitors. However, Satish went out of the way to arrange outside vehicles on both days we stayed there. Awesome work!!! The room service was not value for money. A bottle of Bisleri was charged ₹42+taxes. And this was not indicated by the staff beforehand. The cafeteria had many staff walking around but very less to understand and serve our requirements. One person takes the order; another person serves the water, a third person brings part of the food, and a fourth person, the remaining food. And a very strange way of making a Gpay at the counter, as opposed to the dining table :-) The kitchen is located one mile away from the veg section, and the chappatis were overpriced. Essentially a good place to have South Indian non-vegetarian food. Vegetarians have limited choices, but that is alright. No complaints. The complementary breakfast was good.

The location, room size, food and amenities are good. The staff at the reception and other support services are very good and co operative. The air conditioner was making noise and did not show the temperature display. Firstly, there was no remote control to adjust the temperature. On reporting this problem, the receptionist tried to justify that in other rooms also the same condition was there. I told that we would have difficulty during sleeping and when we wanted to adjust the temperature, we would be in trouble. The ac attendant, after 3 attempts after 11 pm, finally gave us a remote which solved the problem. On vacating the room i asked the receptionist to look into the matter of ac control and take suitable measures for which he hopefully responded. Otherwise, our stay was very good.

For a family function we, 3 adults, stayed in this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights.. from June03 to June 05,2022. Main advantage for us was, this hotel is next to function hall. Room was clean and spacious for 3 adult's stay. As usaul in all hotels, here also bath tap, camode flush are leaking, wastage of water can be avoided, if properly maintained. Another advantage in this hotel is Murari restaurant and sweet stall, much famous and generation old sweet makers n sellers. We hadbgood coffee and tiffin. Main disadvantage in Thangavilas Inn-- their room service starts at 7.00am. If you want coffee or tea at 6.00am, you have walk 250 meters on road, to go to nearby kiosak for tea or coffee. It was irritating and disappointing. Since this is a temple town, most visitors like to start early to visit nearby temples and thay have to walk to nearby tea or coffee shops I was told by another aged couple who came ***** with me to nearby coffee stall. that this is happening from the beginning and many hotel gusets complained about this to hotel receptionists, but no improvement. Then House keeping--, I stayed in Kumbakonam in another nearby hotels many times and they all routinely clean the room when we leave for our temple visits or meetings. But here in Thangavilas Inn, it seems, if and only if we insist, they clean the room,. These above 2 points are disadvantage.
