Hotel rooms are clean just basic no restaurant attached so we have to go out get food. I would recommend for a short stay.

Stay is decent. I had booked for an ac accomodation and paid the price for the same but somehow i overlooked the confirmation sent by makemytrip which was done for non - ac. When i checked with the hotel they the booking is for non-ac. I did not want to pay additional 500- per room since i had already paid make my trip and settled for non-acc since i was anyways not using the facility much and had to leave early morning and just needed to be there for some time. Food did not try at the premises. But as a caution, whenever make a booking online, pols confirm the rates, the booking confirmation and pls, call the hotel and reconfirm.

Room cleaning esp rest room cleaning to be done on daily basis, we are paying higher rent so we expect cleanliness. Bisleri / kinley / aquafina waters shall be provided instead of local brand win-way bottles.

Spacious room, main location and reception guys are well behaved. That's the end of good things. Poorly maintained property. Huge mosquito problem. There is a gap between the door and the floor. The mosquitos were coming through that. We couldn't sleep the whole night. There is a pet training center adjacent to the building. The dogs were barking the middle of the night. I had to remind multiple times for extra bedding or cleaning. The intercom is broken so i had to walk-down each time. Overall it was not a pleasant experience.

The room is not cleaned for our two days of stay
the room floor and the bath room floor ate to be cleaned they are dirty.

Horrible checkin. Including soap ac remote we have to ask them. No hot water in one room. Not sure what do they mean by room id ready. We left in 7 hours of stay
