Beaucoup de critiques fausses concernant cet hôtel, tout d abord à l Acceuil il y as des jeunes parlant parfaitement l anglais et a l écoute des clients.Vous ne voulez pas un palace pour le prix😂😂quant à la propreté elle est parfaite 4 femmes de ménage s y attèle la grandeur des chambre est normale pour un hôtel normal maintenant si on vient a 5 pour une chambre c est just🥹le café ou le thé est servie gratuitement et toute la journée.Cette hôtel est au cœur du centre ville notamment proche du mall aéroport Ourlet 👍

I think the staff are amazing and they made my stay very comfortable. I even booked an extra day due to delays with my flight. The area is good lots of shops near. I just want to say thank you to the staff and housekeepers.

It was terrible. There were bedbugs in the room, no one returned the money, I had to rush to another hotel and spend extra money. I do not advise anyone to stay here, also, apart from bedbugs, terrible dirt, broken sockets and battered furniture

Maybe some people were lucky, but not us. When we entered the hotel room, we noticed there were just 1 big bed( for 2 people) and 1 small bed, but we were 4 people. Not to mention that the room was made for 2 people, because the small bed didn’t fit there and there were 2 slippers, 2 shampoos etc. After talking to them, they didn’t even apologised for the inconvenience and told us they would bring one more small bed in 5 minutes. We waited 2 hours and they brought a bed, which also didn’t fit ok and we had to jump from one bed to get to the other. On top of this, the support for toilet paper was broken. Everything else was ok, it’s a clean hotel.

這家旅館的價格相當不錯，但灰塵太多，讓我們很不舒服。
