一般，地點靠近方便

只有浴室感到不滿意，積水踩來踩去的很難受。環境整潔。地點離車站很近馬上就走到了。 沒有早餐要去外面吃。

Very convenient to/from airport by the express rail or bus. Good!

Strategic locations right next to KL Sentral / Nu Sentral to ease transportation arrangement, with whole lots of good foods in close vicinity. Nothing to complain on hotel facilities at this price rate.

Luar biasa, Ntuk mencari makanan dekat, akses kemana mana mudah. Pokoknya sangat baiklah. TRIms NUhotel sentral KL.

搭Ekpress從機場到KL Sentral後，通過NU Sentral mall，穿過monorel，再沿著騎樓兩個餐廳右轉就到，非常方便，大約15分鐘，也不用拉著行李在大街上走太久。只是房型就像7天酒店差不多，簡約快捷酒店，雖然照片是有窗，但實際上是內窗，外景是內部走道，不介意的可以考慮這裡

I made a reservation for a night at NU Hotel@KL Sentral due to its proximity to KL Sentral. Unfortunately, my experience there was extremely disappointing. The initial room I was assigned, located on the second floor, was in a state of poor maintenance. It had various issues such as worms or centipedes in the toilet, noticeable stains, and scratch marks throughout the room. To my dismay, even under the pillow, I found leftover hair. Upon expressing my dissatisfaction to the staff, they offered me an alternative room on the fifth floor. However, this room had a strong cigarette odor and was not properly cleaned either; there was a pile of hair on the floor drain. Declining their offer, I opted to check out immediately. Regrettably, I was not provided with any refund. I strongly advise avoiding this hotel if you desire a pleasant stay in KL.
