酒店環境特別的垃圾，那個老闆明明有提供空調，但是要加30馬幣附加費才能提供空調，而且要平台協助才能搞定，那個老闆是黑黑的印度人，沒有30馬幣附加費不給提供空調，有上下樓梯正門不給別人走，要別人走後麪，走正門就被老闆説，感覺這家店的老闆太黑心了，希望大家以後不要住這種酒店，牙膏牙刷沐浴露洗髮水都沒有提供，而且延遲到3:30才能辦理入住，正常是14:00辦理入住，感覺酒店的服務態度讓我覺得特別不滿意和特別的失望，所以希望大家以後不要遇訂這家酒店。

這家酒店的位置靠近所有重要的設施..只有這家酒店的房間很經典..已經2023年了但它仍然像商店裡的出租房間..完全不值得，因為房間很髒而且滿是灰塵。 .馬桶是黃色的..沒有電梯.Wi-Fi慢不適合家庭..請老闆修改..這是為了我們作為這家酒店的客人的舒適。謝謝

This hotel is very dirty, especially the toilet, and the quilt seems to have not been changed and cleaned, and the floor is also dirty. In Kuala Lumpur, for the same price, better hotels can be booked. Do not recommend this hotel, advice after personal experience.

Not clean, small room, no hot water, bathrooms are very dirty, staff behaviour is not nice. Overall does not match with expectation showed in online sites and photos.

Das hotel ist überhaupt nicht schön und hat weder mit Perfektion oder Klasse zutun. Es ist total ranzig und heruntergekommen. Die Flure und die Zimmer stinken nach Schimmel und Feuchtigkeit. Haare im Bett, Schimmel an der Decke und Dreckige Böden im Zimmer. Ein totales Desaster. Wir haben über Agoda gebucht und mussten dann noch im Hotel einen viel höheren Preis zahlen, da die gebuchten Zimmer nicht verfügbar waren! Zudem waren die Rezeptionisten sehr frech, als wir die Probleme angesprochen haben. Tut euch den Gefallen und geht nicht dahin.
