Such a beautiful place and beautiful staff especially receptionist Tanna she made us feel so comfortable and even suggested places to go and do. Food fresh and the cleaning staff amazing only regretting not giving tips but leaving this review hope will give them all pay rise.....Thank you

Ottima posizione al riparo dall'enorme confusione di agosto; stanze comode, pulite e con servizi adeguati. Vicino ad alcuni piccoli stabilimenti isolati ma poco distante da quelli "rumorosi" per chi li gradisce.... sicuramente migliorabile l'offerta della prima colazione e la capacità di "gestione" del menù serale ma sicuramente migliore dell'offerta di molti dei ristoranti della zona. Stanze comode, pulite e con servizi adeguati! Il mio personale grazie ed il miglior feedback possibile, comunque, lo voglio dare allo staff.... estremamente gentile e attento ( anche in alcuni momenti di "crisi"), educato ma cortese e socievole se coinvolto....su tutti le ragazze della reception ed i ragazzi di sala!

Pasamos dos noches en Julio en este hotel bonito y agradable, mi mujer,mi hija y yo. El primer día cenamos los tres y esa misma noche mi mujer y mi hija comenzaron a vomitar y a encontr**** mal. Más tarde tuvieron diarrea. No quiero echar la culpa a la cena (aunque fuese debido a ella), ya que un fallo lo puede tener cualquiera. Lo que de verdad me ha llevado a quitarle tres de las estrellas que podría haberle dado, es el hecho de que la segunda noche fuimos de nuevo a cenar al restaurante de este hotel en la terraza de fuera. (Un lugar de verdad agradable y bien cuidado).Mi mujer había estado sin comer todo el día debido al malestar gastrointestinal y pedimos una tortilla francesa de dos huevos para ella. Yo que me encontraba bien, pedí de la carta que tiene el hotel, una chuleta con patatas fritas. No tardo ni dos minutos el camarero en volver de la cocina y nos dijo que no era posible hacer la tortilla. No me parece normal que un hotel de cuatro estrellas tenga la cocina abierta para hacer una chuleta con patatas fritas y no pueda hacer una tortilla de dos huevos, más aún cuando le habíamos dicho al camarero que la tortilla no se trataba de un capricho, sino de que mi mujer no podía comer otra cosa. Ya, de paso, decir que la chuleta estaba como ka suela de un zapato. No era la falta de huevos lo que les impidió hacer ka tortilla, ya que a la mañana siguiente, en el desayuno , había huevos fritos y revueltos para dar de comer a un regimiento De verdad que no me resulta agradable dar dos estrellas a un hotel que lo tiene todo para ser perfecto, pero la realidad es que el detalle nos dolió mucho.

Es war wundervoll! Ich habe noch nie so ein sauberes Hotel erlebt! Die Putzkräfte kamen jeden Tag und haben sogar das Hotel vo außen gereinigt. Der Service war super freundlich und zuvorkommend! Ich kann auch das Restaurant empfehlen für den nicht überteuerte Preis gibt es sehr gutes Essen. Alle waren sehr freundlich! Wir haben den Privatstrand nicht gesehen,da er doch zu Fuß weit entfernt war, aber Lori Beach direkt vor dem Hotel ist auch empfehlenswert! Super schönes Wasser und 2 liege mit Schirm kosten da auch nur 1000Lek (ca.9.50 Euro).

We stayed 3 nights and was well impressed. We had been hesitant as all the Ksamil hotels are relatively cheap. The hotel was clean and the cleaners are evident in the communal areas. Breakfast was nice and fresh and ommlette cooked to order no exrra charge. Staff genuinely warm and helpful. We did half day at Butrint archilogical site well worth seeing and also drove to Peret to natural thermal spring a long drive through Girokaster. We had a superior side sea view room which was good size for 3 nights. Paradise beach just 5 mins away walk was nice and only 10 mins further to the main beach and view of the 3 islands.

We had the pleasure to stay at Hotel Luxury during our week in Ksamil. The service and hospitality of the staff was excellent! We had a nice room with double bed which was cleaned every day along with fresh towels. The restaurant in the hotel is also something we strongly would like to recommend ⭐

Simplesmente incrível. Hotel super bem localizado, limpeza impecável, café da manhã ótimo. O ponto de destaque é o atendimento, excelente. Funcionários extremamente simpáticos e solícitos. Caso volte a Ksamil voltarei a ficar neste hotel com certeza.

The hotel itself is very nice. The rooms seem brand new and finished to a high standard. They changed the towels every day. The breakfast was ok. The bread nor very nice, but a good selection if cold meats and cheeses, salad, melon, cakes and eggs. They have a private beach, which is one of the reasons we went there, but it is too far to walk and not very nice compared to other beaches in the area. The beach bar's food was not very good and if you want a glass of wine, it's not possible - you must buy a bottle = 25 euros, so it's very expensive compared with other places where it is 5 eu for 50cl. Also it is a long walk into town, but we did like that point. Easy to do no exercise when on holiday! Overall i would recommend to others and would stay here again. The room was really very nice, and the bed was firm, which I like. The staff were very attentive and accommodating.

A very good option for those looking for comfort in the small Ksamil! The hotel is brand new so you can enjoy a great and huge comfortable bed and a good shower (the water leaks a bit from the box though). We stayed in a hotel without sea view but with “garden” view that was very okay and with the great feature of a hanger so you can dry your swimming clothes for example. The staff is extremely kind and willing to help always, and the breakfast is really good and very complete for the region. Minor concern is regarding the location: there’s parking for your car, but if you want to avoid walking you’ll have to use it for the beach and for their private beach as well. The main beach, close to the islands, is close (15min walk) and it was not a problem for us, we actually enjoyed it because staying closer to the “city center” can be quite noisy with all the night life in Ksamil - all the way is safe to walk even at night. Would recommend and come back in the future! Very fair price for all they offer.
