I stayed one night at the DoubleTree by Hilton Krakow for a two-day conference and was very impressed. The room was outstanding — spacious, spotless, with a roomy bathroom and a wonderfully comfortable bed. Service was excellent as well; staff kindly let me check in at 9am, which was a huge help. The only drawbacks were the location, which is a bit far from Krakow’s main attractions (though there are some good local restaurants nearby), and the conference space being in the underground level, which felt a little enclosed despite being perfectly functional. Overall, for comfort and service this hotel is hard to beat, and I would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Krakow. Btw, room service in the morning was absolutely delicious.

Everthing was excellent. We loved the 2 night stay here. There could be water dispensers at the xommon places like in Doubletree Hilton WROCLAW. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING.

像往常一樣，一切都很棒。 AC萬豪酒店的泳池關閉後，我去前台才得知，酒店很快就被預訂一空……之後，一切都很順利。蒸氣桑拿房熱得我從未體驗過比這更好的…人們有點不願意適應桑拿房裡的不織布區域，但這不是飯店的錯。

遺憾的是，由於飯店工作人員一直沒有回覆我，解釋房間亂糟糟的原因，我不得不寫這篇評論。 那麼，先說優點吧。飯店地處安靜，距離市中心比較近。工作人員很友善，尤其是餐廳/酒吧的員工。那天是聖誕節的第二天，他們非常樂於助人，而且很貼心。標準房的床很舒服，裝潢看起來也不老舊。 若自駕出行，請務必注意停車費（飯店附近路邊停車位不多）。 可惜的是，我能說的就這些了。 缺點：我們入住時，地毯裡藏著一顆木螺絲。幸運的是，它只破了我的拖鞋，沒有紮到我的腳。 淋浴升降桿在我洗完澡後掉下來，發出一聲可怕的「咚」的一聲。我只能說，幸運的是，它沒有打破玻璃（諷刺的是，我猜是維修人員那年休假了）。 最後一件事真是糟糕透了，簡直讓我熱血沸騰。毛巾上有一些看起來像是煞車痕蹟的棕色條紋（親愛的讀者，我留給你們自己去判斷吧，但誰也控制不住自己胡思亂想……浴室的衛生棉……我只能說，感謝上帝，我在洗澡前打開了毛巾！ 入住人員一開始告訴我值班經理不在，真是太難過了（後來我急著退房，好不容易叫到了他們），不過我把郵箱和電話號碼發給他們後，他們會回复我的。 教訓來了，你試著表現得熱情友好，結果卻被無視了。我應該打電話給國家衛生監察局，讓他們調查毛巾上的棕色東西。

這家飯店地理位置優越，前往主要旅遊景點的交通十分便利。房間乾淨舒適，工作人員很友好，服務也很棒。早餐豐盛可口，但部分房間的隔音效果有點令人失望。總的來說，這是一次滿意的體驗，我還想再光臨。

If you are on a short trip to Krakow, this is the best hotel to be at. First of all warm welcome at the reception, welcoming staff, freshly baked cookies with aroma, delicious apples if you are hungry. Everything is so perfect, i will consider again if i want to stay.

Doubletree, Krakow is excellent. The Polish staff are professional and efficient. It's a tram away from the Old Town (reviewers complaining of the distance are either ignorant, lazy, or entitled). You can actually take a tram from two stops, which can get you pretty much to the major tourist areas such as Wawel Castle or even Podgorze where the Krakus Mound is located. Hilton includes a sauna, a 24-hour gym, and a really good breakfast with smoothies, desserts, and local Polish bread and honey. They surprisingly even served champagne one morning. Rooms are above standard and the hotel feels very new. During lean months (up to March), rooms are affordable but during conference months and high tourist season, Doubletree can get packed - with good reason. As expected, you get the Hilton chocolate chip cookie at check-in.
