L5 公寓飯店(Apartamenty L5)

위치가 좋았어요 구시가지까지 가까웠고 숙소도 깨끗하고 좋았는데 4층이어서 하루종일 걷고 올라갈때,짐옮길땐 정말 힘들었어요 ..주차공간이 없어서 유료로 공간찾아서 몇바퀴씩 돌았는데 ..계단,주차빼곤 좋았습니다

Appartement tres bien situe, au calme, tres proche du centre historique. Pas d'asenceur et il y a 4 etages.

Abbiamo prenotato una stanza con un letto matrimoniale e un letto sul soppalco. Il primo era un divano letto piccolo e col materasso sfondato, il secondo, difficilissimo da raggiungere tramite una scala a 90 gradi, era un semplice materasso appoggiato a terra e senza lenzuola. La receptionist, comparsa dopo 2 giorni, si è scusata per la mancanza di lenzuola e ci ha assicurato di provvedervi. Peccato però che al ritorno in camera le lenzuola non c erano. E ovviamente anche lei sparita.

Me and my partner stayed here for our 3 night stay in Krakow, more of an apar**ent complex than a hotel. Our room was lovely, good size and had everything we needed. Only downside was being top floor with no lift, it was a lot back up and down when already doing a lot of walking throughout the day. The location is perfect, away from the noise but close to everything. Reception were available 24 hours and very helpful. Would stay again but would maybe request not to be on the top floor.

Quite disappointed in how the apar**ent turned out for us as we were really looking forward to it. The positives are that the room looked beautiful. We were lucky enough to get the top floor with some loft windows which we could look out of to see the top of the buildings on the main square. The heating was very efficient and when it got too hot, we just opened the windows and it quickly cooled down. The shower was also very warm which was nice, and the pressure of it was good. The staff were very friendly when we saw them to check out and the block was kept very clean. I don’t think we slept very much at all over the 3 nights we were there! The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and solid. We had 1 pillow each, but they were as flat as the bottom sheets and no opportunity for us to grab another pair. I never noticed how much a head board made a difference either, we could have done with one of those to actually sit in the bed and chill scrolling through photos. We felt as though we couldn’t relax in the room at all. It must have been our bad timing, but the road was being dug up right outside the apar**ents, which meant a very loud wake up call at 6.30AM every morning!!! They never started any later than that time. I appreciate that’s not the apar**ent buildings fault, but it looks as though the work had started well before we were due to arrive. We would have appreciated being pre-warned about this and given the option to cancel the booking so that we could go somewhere else. But disappointed but wouldn’t recommend unless you want a sore back, stiff neck and no sleep.

Would highly recommend L5. The location is perfect for exploring and the room had everything we needed. We had a balcony view room which was a lovely bonus, but there are a lot of stairs! Receptionist was very helpful and accommodating. Would love to return to Krakow in the future and will definitely stay at L5 if we do.

Great walking distance to town and university. There are many great restaurants, convenience stores and coffee places nearby. Highly recommend!

The room was nice and modern, good kitchenette, not that we used it. Everyhitng provided in the kitchen, including a fridge, washing up liquid, sponge and a small hob. Modern bathroom. Clean room. To check in we were sent a code to enter the buliding and instructions on how to obtain the key. Behind the bed it sounded like there was fridge that was super noisy every half hour. The building is large, we had a -1 appar**ent so we were underground. We could hear people entering the bulding late into the evening, the floor sounded like a gym hall so was quite squeaky. I contacted the appar**ents before our stay asking if there was any shampoo, conditioner or shower gel. I was informed all provided other than conditioner. There was 100ml of a 2 in 1 shampoo and shower gel for us both to use for the three days. If i was the appar**ent i wouldn't say this is enough, so i wouldn't tell a guest that enough would be provided for our stay. We has one window in the room, it looked onto the floor of the street, totally fine. But the curtain is not big enoughto cover the window completely. This was a bit uneasy as people would be able to see us asleep in bed. A bigger curtain is needed If I was to stay again the noise behidn the bed and a bigger curtain would be needed. I did feel the room was value for money, good locaiton and nice and clean. Yes i would come back.
