I am very disappointed to leave this review. This hotel should never be allowed to claim 5 stars. The whole experience was a let down. I understand that stars may differ in different countries but even still, this I'd a 3 star hotel at best. The staff were friendly, apart from one who had an attitude problem for some reason every time we spoke to her. They didn't ask if everything was OK and didn't check that we needed anything at all throughout our stay. The room only has one extremely soft weird shaped pillow per person, which might aswell not be there. The beds are comfortable, but all they are is two big singles pushed together. The carpets in the rooms are stained and wallpaper is starting to come off and worst of all for us, the overwhelming smell of cigarettes coming from the downstairs ****** is disgusting. Our room stank of cigarettes, so much so my clothes now smell of them. We are both none smokers. The bathroom had a sign on the toilet to say it had been disinfected. Yeah right. There was a hair on the toilet seat?. There was an empty bottle of vodka found behind the chair in the room which I stood on when drawing the curtains and there's a lot of noise from the road. Also, on a night there is a horrible humming noise which kept me awake. I do not expect any of this from a ”5 star” hotel. The tea and coffee in the room doesn't have milk? There is no bar apart from in the smokey ****** and the breakfast..... you get two eggs, then you can select from the table of warm yoghurts and warm meat, as it has literally been left under the heater. None of it tasted fresh and everything is at room temperature. The staff in the restaurant were friendly and nice people, it isn't their fault as there just following instructions from their managers. I get that it is meant to have a old house theme, but this doesn't excuse horribly stained carpets in the rooms and the constant smell of cigarettes. We didn't see any other guests apart from locals and I find it strange why there are so little reviews on TripAdvisor as of recent. It is 20 minutes from the city centre, however a bolt taxi only costs around £5. My overall opinion is if you want a 5 star hotel. Pay a little extra and get a 5 star. This is NOT what you want when booking 5 star.

Δεν σχολιάζω συχνα σε σελιδες αξιολογησης ξενοδοχειων και γενικότερα υπηρεσιων ομως αυτη την φορα το θεωρησα σχεδον απαραιτητο. Η εμπειρια μου ηταν μετρια προς ασχημη θα ελεγα οσον αφορα το ξενοδοχειο. Το πρωτο προβλημα αρχισε οταν πηγα με τον σύντροφό μου να πληρωσουμε την διαμονη και να παρουμε τα κλειδια. Ειχαμε συγκεντρωσει τα χρηματα σε zl για να διευκολύνουμε την κατασταση. Απο οτι λοιπον μου μετεφρασε ο συντροφος μου οντας πολωνος ο κυριος ειχε προβλημα που ειχαμε μετρητα και ηθελε με καρτα κατι το οποιο δεν ειχαμε υπολογισει ετσι. Τελος παντων με τα χιλια ζορια πληρωσαμε με μετρητα. Επειτα στο δωματιο ξεκινησαν τα εντονα θεματα. Ενταξει γνωριζαμε οτι ειναι μικρο αλλα δεν ειναι δυνατον να μην εχει ουτε τα απαραιτητα. Δεν ειχε αρχικως ηχομόνωση με αποτέλεσμα να ακουμε ζευγαρια ή οικογένειας απο διπλα να τσακωνονται να βρίσκονται σε προσωπικες στιγμες κλπ. Δεν ειχε χρηματοκιβωτιο. Εμεις που θα κρυβαμε τα χρηματα μας ή τα προσωπικα μας αντικειμενα; δεν ειχε κομοδινα. Επρεπε να βαλουμε σκαμπο για κομοδινο. Και ειχε επιπλεον τζαμι στην ντουζιερα με αποτελεσμα να ειναι ιδιαιτερα αβολο για καποιον που εχει παει για επαγγελματικο τυπου ταξιδι ή με την οικογενεια. (Για εμας οχι και τοσο) . Τελος χρειαστηκε εγω να ζητησω να μας αλλαξουν σεντονια. Αλλα και οσον αφορα το πρωινο ηταν καθε μερα το ιδιο. Ο μονος λογος υπαρξης της μοναδας αυτης θεωρω πως ειναι η θεση της που αποτελει σημειο ”κλειδι”!! Ειδάλλως δεν θα επρεπε να υφίσταται. Δεν θα ξαναπήγαινα!!

酒店可愛乾淨,房間很基本,但每天都打掃得很好,每天在房間裏喝咖啡和茶和瓶裝水,我們的孩子住在隔壁的房間,我付了3間臥室的費用,但它只有一張沙發牀,有點小。早餐很可愛,有很多選擇。酒吧工作人員友好,幫助全接待非常有幫助酒店距離主要城鎮約3英里,我們得到了一輛出租車,每條路大約是4.00,但在繁忙的時候更多!

從BW Galactica酒店改到這家BW高級酒店後,我們被分配了一個體面的房間,住了3晚,但令人遺憾的是,事情與許多問題相沖突。不幸的是,升級是不可能的,我們理解了爲什麼預訂量很大。AC無法正常工作,沒有風扇,沒有行李架,水龍頭漏水,還有其他一些小東西。我們被告知沒有其他房間可用。早餐很好,但是有一天,一位女主人粗魯地警告我們,食物不要離開餐廳,因爲我們抓了太多面包,出於衛生原因不想把它扔掉或放回籃子裏。你應該看到幾個大團的水果和三明治....我們好像被挑出來,因爲我們不是任何團的一部分。第三晚,我們很幸運在酒店舉行了婚禮,我們的房間就在外面吸菸的露台正上方,這是快樂但吵鬧的婚禮顧客的聚集點。要求換房,知道派對會持續到早上,並在最後接受一個房間之前被撞到另外兩個房間。在10:30 pm,我們經過多次拆箱和重新打包後,終於住進了我們的換房。(聚會一直持續到凌晨5點,所以被告知)。晚上的工作人員理解,但它確實影響了我們的評分。第二天通過電子郵件與管理層討論了問題,他們給了我們一點折扣,一晚打八五折,免費停車。當然是超級大酒店,但作爲鑽石精選會員,我們感覺好像不是一家,即使我們全球使用BW。已註冊的...a老練的旅行者。

Good hotel.Nearby to tram station.Very good breakfast kai clean..nice reception and very clean room.the bathroom was good too.. We stay there two days.. Next to the hotel market with traditional products

地理位置無可挑剔，大廳有免費咖啡☕️喝，唯獨房間太小，牀頭皮掉了顯得掉檔次

前台接待還是很不錯的，但是設施真的是很不滿意： 廁所的水盆和下水都壞了，洗澡后水也到處都是，甚至浸濕了門外的地毯。房間內沒有熱水壺，熱水衹能去樓下廚房接。 其他的還行吧，也可能上述是偶然情況。

Lovely apartments in an ideal location. 5 min walk from main Krakow train/bus station. We took bus from the airport which only cost 4.60 zloty ( about £1 / €1) Took around 45 mins . From apartments its only around a 10-15 min walk to top of the Old Town (Barbican , Florins Gate). Very spacious modern rooms and comfy beds. Decent kitchen with hob,oven, fridge, etc. TV, iron/board, and washing machine. Nice breakfast ( hot and cold buffet style) . Wifi signal good. No maid service to rooms, but replacement towels were provided. Nice reception staff. A couple of bars/restaurants nearby, but we especially liked one called Polibuda, which was around the corner to the left as you come out of reception .

10-15 分鐘到巴士站，火車站,但酒店房間電熱水壺都沒有，想要飲熱水，要到下面餐廳自己攞.牙膏，牙刷也沒有 ，連USB充電位都沒有 不過價錢平 但有得選擇寧願比多少少住近火車站對面 附近沒有任何食肆餐廳,只有coffee shop開到晚上九時三十分.
