訂單寫的很清楚，一張雙人床及一張小型雙人床，結果到現場衹有一張大床，酒店回覆無法調整，跟酒店説我們預訂的是兩張床，酒店衹説沒有辦法，隔音超級差，門口走路和説話的聲音很大，早每天很早就被吵醒了

房間非常乾淨整潔，離商業區近，離海灘步行幾分鐘

總的感覺還不錯，可以到屋頂看看，是個不錯的景觀。泳池有點個性

我在這家酒店的經歷很糟糕，他們讓我支付 400 泰銖併購買一些毛巾，儘管我已經染了一周，但我無意中被染髮劑弄髒了。我花了 1 歐元把這些衣服拿到旅遊洗衣店，結果非常完美。飯店根本沒有盡到自己的職責，毛巾也懶得洗，單方面認為是不可挽回的損壞，乾脆收錢了。我在谷歌上留下了負面評論，之後酒店提出退款以換取毛巾，但我們拒絕了。我想向人們展示他們讓我買的毛巾是“損壞的”，除了肥皂和水的問題外，他們洗完後的樣子如何。我附上了洗過的毛巾的照片、我在住宿期間睡覺的方式以及我拍攝它們的旅遊洗衣房的照片。我付了40泰銖洗衣服。

設施很新，地點很方便，cp值很高，Great Location and the family room is nice & clean! Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Walking distance to Aonang beach. If you are hungry, there is a nice restaurant selling good Thai food just outside the hotel.

When we first booked online, we had requested quiet rooms on a high floor for three nights. Upon arrival a couple months later, we were instead placed on the second floor right above the pool where kids play and scream all day!! We asked to change rooms right away but they were full. The front desk did not seem particularly concerned or helpful. This is not a quiet hotel. You’re either roadside or poolside. It’s bustling during high season. And even in the dead of night you can hear other guests talking (or moaning) and doors slamming. The location is decent and it’s a fair value but I would avoid staying here if you value peace and quiet. I

Wir waren im November 2024 für drei Nächte in diesem Hotel. Das Check-in ist sehr einfach und schnell. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, gute Klimaanlage und ruhig trotz sehr zentraler Lage. Es hat einen Pool aber wirklich einladend wirkt es nicht. Ein tolles Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Ao Nang.

Aonang Dugong was my favorite accommodation of my entire Thailand trip! If you are traveling in Ao Nang, I would recommend this hotel. The bed was spacious, the rooms were very clean, the air conditioning was cold, the bathrooms were nice, and it was in a perfect location 5 minutes from the beach. The pool is wonderful too!! The only thing I was a little upset with was the customer service at times. The front desk workers were rude to us on a few different occasions, which was upsetting. Other than that, 10/10 experience!

飯店位置優越，房間大小適中。我們住了 5 個晚上，如果有一個梳妝台來打開我的衣服就好了。我不喜歡帶著手提箱生活，所以這個大房間只有 5 個衣架，而且沒有梳妝台，這一點令人失望。另外，浴室裡沒有放洗漱用品的櫃檯。我不建議額外支付早餐費用，因為早餐不好。他們只提供西瓜作為水果選擇，而且每天的早餐都是一樣的。咖啡機不斷耗盡水或咖啡豆。游泳池很漂亮，但座位有限，只有一把遮陽傘。沒有人清理游泳池，到了第五天，水面上就有一層油，游泳時我的手指上纏住了很多頭髮......
