We stayed here this july and the place itself was clean with a nice room situated in a lovely corner of railay only a short walk away from shops etc. It was clean and the staff were lovely and attentive. Breakfast was basic but did the job, no faults. However I must mention that the receptionist, pricella (I cant remember the name exactly) was rude, snappy and unpleasant to speak to. Other than that I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend 1000x over.

Excellent place, great breaky and nice rooms. I would recommend this place. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Wonderful refreshing breeze and a great view over the bay. There is a pool and an array of unusual animals kept there. All in all a lovely place to stay.

The room we stayed at in the back of the resort was spacious, comfortable, clean, and very much an island vibe with its stone decor. If you're looking for a Holiday Inn experience, this isn't it. It's better. It's personal. The food is legit Thai food, but the owner lived in the US for a year and her staff prepares some regular western style food if you're missing home. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you feel at home. Need directions? Suggestions? Help booking a tour or catching the ferry? They got you covered. The breakfast buffet has eggs, stirfries, cereal, coffee, tea, juice, french toast, and they offer othper stuff off the menu forva very good price. Try their thai omelet and if you're brave, ask for extra chilies. It is delicious.

Location was great, however the room was okay (it is what it is for the price!). However, the hot water ran out which was a shame and the drains STANK. Furthermore, they make you either give your passport or a 500 thb deposit so that you don't damage the room - a very interesting concept for us! We brought our room w/ breakfast and they give you a tokin. Each day we got a different breakfast experience - we always got tea/coffee + Orange Juice and a plate of fruit (lovely). However, some days you would get a limited breakfast menu and most days they couldn't make pancakes. However for 2 of the days we were delivered with french toast (which was SO nice!) so there was inconsitency with what was offered. also wifi does not go to the rooms only available at the breakfast area which was lovely.

My daughter stayed here on 27/28 August whilst travelling, and woke in the night feeling incredibly unwell with fever, sickness etc (definitely not a hangover!). She called me in the UK very upset and with a rocking headache. I managed to get the number for reception and the lady there, despite it being 3.30am, went to her room with some painkillers and a bottle of water. I thought this was terrific service and very understanding given my daughter was so far from her parents and feeing so unwell. Thanks to the amazing lady on reception for helping, and for acting so quickly. She also arranged for my daughter’s driving licence to be forwarded to her next hotel, on another island, when my daughter left without it (as still not feeling well). Brilliant job!
