Horrible experience. The villa was infested with cockroaches. The villa is managed single handedly by owner named Sao and not by a company so u are dependent on her for everything. She takes minimum 45 mins to respond to any query or assistance. There is not a single store nearby. Even for a bottle of water u will have to take a taxi spend 200 baht to get a bottle of water. Trixie pool villa wont provide u drinking water. We stayed for 3 nights and inspite of our booking voucher mentioning House keeping is included,soa refused to provide cleaning services. Very disappointed.

Stopped at one of the villas for 4 nights. Just the two of us, but this is a two bed villa. Nice bathrooms and comfy beds. Lounge area is a bit small be very comfy sofas. Good kitchen area. Great little pool outside, just the right size for 2-4 people. Location wise….. good…. Just outside of Ao Nang with good access to Ao Nang and Krabi. Very reasonable price, good communication with the owner…… flexible check in/check out times. Enough parking for 1 car. Could do with a bit more outdoor seating would be my only gripe. We did have a problem with 2 of the air con units….. but I called the owner and she arranged for somebody to visit. The arrived in 10 mins, and everything was working again in another 10 mins. Absolutely fantastic service!
