奧林匹亞飯店(Olympia Hotel)

Excelente hotel, no centro da cidade. Muito limpo e arrumado. Os nosso quartos eram muito confortáveis Os funcionários super simpáticos e atenciosos. Houve uma falha de comunicação com o nosso transfer e a funcionária da recepção apesar de estar atarefada a preparar o pequeno almoço, prontamente nos ajudou a arranjar uma alternativa para chegar ao aeroporto. Voltarei por mais tempo, com toda a certeza. Este é sem dúvida um óptimo hotel!!

Siamo stati accolti al nostro arrivo da Iliam, una persona meravigliosa. Un vero gentleman che che si è preso subito cura di noi consigliandoci le migliori attrazioni e le migliori taverne dell'isola. L'hotel è stato da poco ristrutturato e si vede dallo stile moderno delle camere che sono dotate di ogni confort, dal frigo e la ghiacciaia fino al condizionatore e la tv. La signora delle pulizie ogni mattina veniva a pulire e a cambiare la biancheria, quando tornavamo dal mare sembrava ogni volta una camera appena presa, davvero tanta roba. Oltre ad Iliam anche le due ragazze della reception erano sempre gentili, educate, cortesi e disponibili. La zona è ottima, 2 minuti a piedi dal porto se si vuole fare un'escursione in barca e 5 minuti a piedi dalla zona della movida di Kos. La notte nonostante la zona molto centrale c'era sempre un silenzio perfetto per dormire. Di Kos ci mancheranno tante cose, una di queste sarà questo hotel. Lo consigliamo a tutti. Grazie di cuore per l'affetto e la cortesia che ci avete riservato, vi porteremo per sempre nel cuore. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Se torneremo a Kos il nostro alloggio del cuore sarà l'hotel Olympia.

Abbiamo soggiornato due giorni, albergo al centro di Kos,comodissimo per la vicinanza ai supermercati, rent car, bar, ristoranti e negozi per lo shopping. La camera di medie dimensioni è molto pulita, con terrazzino per stendere costumi è posizionato in un luogo molto silenzioso. Il bagno un po’ piccolo, anche se non manca nulla l’unico appunto la tenda per la doccia che amiamo poco. La colazione l’abbiamo fatta all’esterno anche perché guardando c’è sembrata con poca scelta. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo buono considerando che è al centro, molto pulito, personale professionale, stanze comunque nuove dov’è vi è il bollitore per il the e caffè oltre ad un piccolo frigo.

Небольшой балкон, но с минимализмом все продумано (стол , уютные стулья и сушилка для вещей) Мы часто бываем на острове Кос,для короткого промежутка времени вполне достойный отель…

Prima liggen tussen de 2 havens en dicht bij het historisch centrum en de vele restaurants. Alles super netjes en vriendelijke mensen. Ook eigen transfer service naar de haven en luchthaven. Tophotel !

best family hotel in kos island!!!! very clean rooms, 24h reception, very helpful staff!! The hotel is in a really central area of ​​Kos, but on a quiet street with lots of good restaurants nearby. The rooms are very clean. A special bonus for the absolutely delicious breakfast with local and homemade food, served in the lovely garden. Finally the service was impeccable, the whole staff is really kind and always ready to help. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to come back after spending a few days in Leros.

It seemed at first a good hotel, before I took a shower and the pressure was weak or put on the air conditioner which leaked on the clothes I had put under it to dry. But these happened to be minor issues compared to what happened next. I rented the hotel's car Fiat Panda and lost the car keys. The manager asked me to pay €300 without providing any written document of the service provider with the new keys' price or of the car insurance's coverage. When I asked to know how he had calculated this amount, he threatened me with the police if I wouldn't pay and said that he regretted that he hadn't asked of me a €500 caution before giving me the car! He didn't even know that €300 was the maximum excess I was liable for under my rental contract: the receptionist and I found it! I paid the €300, but still find outrageous to ask a caution of €500 when the maximum excess is €300. This only means that the hotel wants to have access to a greater amount than provided for in the rental contract, so that in case of a disagreement with a customer it would be able to force this customer to pay. I find such an attitude despicable and uncivilized. So, if you go to this place and, moreover, use the hotel's car rental service (€45/day), that's what may well happen to you: to be forced to pay more than you think you owe, on a manager's whim.

Very welcoming manager and staff, very clean and excellent price for quality and location (5min walk to Dolphin Square on the Kos Town harbour). Most rooms are now refurbished to a very high standard. Very quiet area. Small shop at rear of property for groceries and fruit veg across the street and many cafes n restaurants within a few mins walking.
