玫瑰園平房飯店(Roselands Hotel Bungalows)

Pessimo! Perfortuna abbiamo solo messo la colazione inclusa perché non voglio immaginare quanto faceva schifo il resto. Nello yogurt con la frutta la frutta era avariata e chissà da quanti giorni era lì, insalata con qualche pezzo di pomodoro marcio,nelle uova a occhio di bue una mattina c'era lo zucchero sopra, le homelette inguardabili mischiate col pomodoro per coprire evidentemente il gusto di vecchio, la TV in camera era un baraccone dell'anni 90, il telefono in camera finto senza prese, il condizionatore costa 6 euro al giorno, nel bagno c hanno tolto pure la tenda della doccia dopo 3 giorni che non pulivano e non ci cambiavano nemmeno gli asciugamani. Ovviamente facendo la doccia si è allagato tutto e l acqua è uscita anche nel corridoio che è rimasta lì fino alla mattina seguente. La reception una signora con gl occhiali arrogante e dispettosa da quando siamo arrivati li,le abbiamo chiesto di prenotare un taxi per l indomani che partivamo Ovviamente la sera mi viene un dubbio visto l ignoranza e la zero professionalità di questa e andiamo a a chiedere in reception,li troviamo un ragazzo che ha chiamato a quell altra per dire che non aveva prenotato ecc... ce lo prenota e finalmente la mattina seguente siamo scappati nauseti da quello schifo di hotel oltretutto lontano dal mare e per tutto il tragitto una puzza di fogna vomitevole..Tutto questo è altro ancora Ovviamente e dimostrabile con foto e video. Non andate in questo hotel sconsigliatissimo, ci sono hotel migliori più vicini alla spiaggia e anche in tutto il resto dell isola.

Das Hotelzimmer war, sagen wir ok für den Preis was wir bezahlt haben. Klimaanlage müssen wir extra zahlen,das Essen (Frühstück ) Katastrophal für unsere Geschmack. Das Personal ok,außer die Rezeption Dame,die war bißchen zickig.

Ένα δωμάτιο που είναι σαν φυλακή Ένα μπαλκόνι άθλιο Το πρωινό απαράδεκτο Ο καφές χάλια Είχαμε κλείσει για 5 μέρες και στην πρώτη βραδιά πάθαμε σοκ, και το πρωί φύγαμε.. Αξίζει να σημειωθεί ότι δεν μας ρώτησαν για πιο λόγο φεύγουμε!!!

We love this place home from home for us very friendly caring staff like family to me and Aidin this is our second stay at tidelands and we want to return very soon we love the hotel staff area vibe everything we first stayed in 2017 and just returned for a week sad to leave cannot wait to see everyone in the future again thanks all keep up the great work

We arrived late at night got the swipe card went to our room 101 card didn't work, night porter let us in. Next morning went to reception gave us a key ro get I, but had to hand it back eveyrtime. The patio doors didn't lock had to pay for a safe key,materss was dirty,next morning we went for breakfast no toaster,asked about this said it was broken,(14 days later still broken) came back a night had a drink in bar area they turned lights off after even served,Cockerell running about a dinning area and feeding it ,photo to prove this. Chef was applauding cook food was under cooked,their as farrik on all salad,the night it wasn't I ask for some he to me point blank NO

This is my 5th time at Roselands Hotel and I can honestly say it’s my little piece of heaven, my home from home. All of the staff are so welcoming, friendly, kind & helpful. They all go above & beyond to make my stay as memorable & comfortable as they possibly can.If I need anything I just know I can ask and they will try their upmost to accommodate.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The gardens and pool area are stunning. Rooms are very comfortable & clean. Beds are comfy too. There is always hot water available for a lovely shower, and fresh towels every other day. The house keepers are fabulous and very helpful. Reception is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ There is always delicious food served with a wide variety of choice, and if you need anything they will try their best to bring it to you. All the staff in the buffet style restaurant are extremely helpful & friendly.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The beach is a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel and it is stunning 🤩🤩🤩 All transport for trips etc is a short distance from the hotel. The island is beautiful with stunning sunrise & sunsets of which I take full advantage of. There are bars & restaurants nearby which serve delicious food and drinks. And shops to suit your every need. I always come away feeling happy & refreshed, and my batteries recharged, I am always sad to leave but look forward to my next holiday here. My little piece of heaven.

We stayed at Roselands as family of 3, two adults and 1 child. Arrived late at night, checked in by a pleasant lady on reception, informed of the tourist tax and £6 euro a night air con which I was already aware of having stayed in similar accommodation in Crete last year. Upon arrival at the room the key card did not work, the lady provided us with a key instead no issues. The room was clean , bath towels provided, perfectly adequate soffa bed made up for my son age 13. The bathroom was small but perfectly serviceable for our needs , shower worked fine it did spill over from the shower tray but I'm guessing that's why there's a drain in the middle of the bathroom floor, dried in no time. Furniture & television are dated but this does not bother me as long as it's clean which it was. The maids change the towels, replaced sheets,emptied bins etc every couple of days no probs. Only small gripe was that we only had one pillow each! Insect screen on the balcony door was a bonus. Lovely surprise in the morning to see the beautiful pool view that we had and the views around the grounds are stunning kept beautifully, a man was out early each morning cleaning the pool. Breakfast was very basic , delectable choice of traditional Greek foods. However we always managed to find a bit of something fried eggs, beans, Madera cake it's a shame there's no toaster! The pool and grounds are absolutely stunning, plenty of sunbeds and no one putting towels out either, £6 euro for a good sized pizza at the snack bar which was very nice . Nice 15 min stroll into beautiful marmari beach. Bus stop 2 mins away into kos town etc. The music going on into the early hours 1am + at the hotel became a bit tiresome and quite loud. Overall for the price that we payed as a last minute holiday we had a very pleasant stay.

This is a lovely quiet hotel set in the countryside amongst farmlands but only about 15 minutes walk to the beautiful beach. The rooms were clean with lovely views and the bed was comfortable. The meals were taken on a covered veranda, open at the sides and overlooking the countryside, or one could sit inside. The food was good and there was plenty of choice. All the staff were polite and helpful. 2 minutes from the hotel is a bus stop with buses going to Tigaki and Kos Town. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel.
