奈瓦沙克古尼山林小屋飯店(Naivasha Kongoni Lodge - Lakefront Getaway)

Хороший отель недалеко от озера Найваша. На входной группе встречает милый персонал, велком дринк, быстрое заселение. Наш номер -домик был с общей входной группой кухня, диваны, телевизор и далее по типу танхауса разделен на 2 спальни, в каждой спальне свой туалет. Номера выполнены очень красиво все из массива дерева, хороший напор в душе, теплая вода. Над кроватью маскитная сетка. Еда была вкусная, шведский стол, мясо, рыба, овощи, фрукты, десерты. На территории так же есть небольшой бассейн. Впечатления об отделе остались положительные. Хотелось бы только чтобы добавили, достроили территорию для сопровождающих гидов рейнджеров, чтобы были с туристами в одном отеле.

Parc un peu trop à l'Européenne. Beau gîte, meuble de qualité, hélas, pas un seul support pour les valises. Il a fallu les poser par terre. La salle de bain est vieillotte. Les repas sont de qualité. Le personnel n'était pas très chaleureux. Trop gros hôtel pour y trouver du relationnel.

Situation sur une colline, en pleine nature, avec vue sur le lac Oloiden, où l'on peut descendre à pied pour une balade. Possibilité de monter jusqu'au point de vue en haut de la colline, sur demande. Bungalows répartis dans un très grand parc sillonné de sentiers, où l'on peut se perdre au début... On peut d=se trouver assez éloigné du restaurant et des parties communes. Éclairage extérieur un peu faible la nuit. Les bungalows sont très grands, avec une grande et belle terrasse couverte. Le nôtre était double, un très grand salon (avec TV et cuisine) séparant deux chambres. Chambres un peu trop petites, où il est difficile de poser ses valises et ses affaires. Confort tout juste suffisant. Mais un calme extraordinaire et le chant des oiseaux ! Salle de bains correcte, eau bien chaude, mais pas assez se serviettes (une grande par personne, et rien d'autre, pas d'essuie-mains). Wifi très performant en chambre, mais il a fallu appeler un technicien à la rescousse pour en disposer sur plusieurs appareils (téléphones mobiles et ordinateur). Restauration buffet un peu juste en choix, mais c'est très bon. La salle fait un peu cantine. Tables en nombre un peu juste. Le personnel est très sympathique et souriant. Piscine non testée, il a beaucoup plu...

The overall experience was absolutely horrible. It was a total waste of 3 days of holiday. Had booked their top luxury cottage with a private plunge pool but it was way below even an ordinary room.. post checking-in spent some time to tidy up the sitting room... the basics like straightening the furniture etc. No hand wash in the bathroom, rickety shower, torn bathrobe and torn bed linen. Hot water was an issue and July gets cold!. At night no bonfire for guest or any other activity... just a dead place. The bartender couldn't put together the most basic Kenyan Cocktail - Dawa. The soft furnishing in the cottage was definitely worn out and requires an immediate change. The old man (the guide) who takes you for a short walk to the observation point at the top of the hill was the only positive experience. Overall an extremely bad experience - a 100% write-off as a holiday. Total waste of time, money and peace.

Great place to stay after visiting the lake and crescent island. Very welcoming staff, good bar and food and they even have a game room for the kids. A nice man took us on a short hike up the hill, where we had a view of the lake. They have other activities that we did not try.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff are most welcoming from the security officer at the gate, the receptionist, to the dinning/bar area staff. Even the gardener offered to wash the dust off our car. The accommodation is perfect and in all, a very good experience ( side note to the sous chef on breakfast of Sunday the 19th Feb, Treat your fellow staff better, don't shout at them the way you did) Lovely experience, Highly recommended.

We had the best getaway experience. The hospitality is excellent and the food.is delicious. We enjoyed the view of the lake from the hill-top. The team organised a wonderful surprise for my darling. We will definitely be back.
