酒店人員的服務非常好，會熱情給我介紹陶爾米納的景點，很能聊天，酒店陽台風景也好，是海景，就是單人間的床有點小了，其它都還好

房間還行，就是有點冷，還算是方便

素敵なスタッフからウェルカムドリンクと周辺の観光地の案内がありとても親切なホテルでした。朝食も美味しかったです。

Eccellente accoglienza da parte dei proprietari. L'albergo è situato in posizione strategica. Pulizia, cortesia, colazione abbondante...tutto veramente OK. Unica nota x la doccia con la tenda anni '80...ma ci possiamo certamente passare sopra.

Albergo datato ma i proprietari gentilissimi, rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Staff gentilissimo e accogliente, colazione buona, unica pecca le camere vecchie e il bagno scomodo. Vale per il prezzo e lo staff. Posizione comoda vicina al centro.

We decided to do a last minute trip to Taormina to see the amphitheatre and visit Mt Etna and the Alcanatara Gorges, whilst staying at our villa in Cefalu. We chose this hotel as it was budget friendly and close to the town/theatre/cable car to the beach. We arrived early and Eva gave us the most personal welcome - making us cappuccino’s before sitting with us and outlining places of interest on the map. She then told us to place our luggage in the storage area and personally escorted my husband to the parking garage to ensure he found a space ok. Eva advised that breakfast was served 8-10 the following morning and was included, but explained we wouldn’t have breakfast and we had to leave by 8 for our trip to Mt Etna - her reply, no worries we can do breakfast at 07.30 instead and what a spread they had for us in the morning! Delicious pastry, bread, fruit, cheese, meats, yoghurts, eggs and lots more - absolutely outstanding service! We had ordered 2 glasses of wine at the bar after returning earlier than anticipated due to heavy rain and on checking out I explained we still had to pay for these and she said - on the house, to take your mind off the rain! So, so kind! Eva also gave us a great restaurant recommendation for dinner - Sapporo Di Mare and it didn’t disappoint either. Hotel rooms themselves were dated but spotlessly clean and the service outdone everything - I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend! After arriving back in Cefalu we realised my son had accidentally left his blanket in Hotel Natalina and Eva has been superb at keeping in touch and agreeing to post this back to us in Scotland. We wish this hotel nothing but the best for the future xx

O hotel fica muito bem localizado. Fomos muito bem recebidos pela Eva, que nos deu ótimas dicas sobre a cidade, melhores passeios etc. Nosso quarto era muito espaçoso, e tinha uma varandinha com uma vista maravilhosa pra o mar. Apenas duas coisas ficaram a desejar: não havia um frigobar no quarto e o espaço para o banho de chuveiro era minúsculo. O cafe da manhã era excelente, e todos os funcionários muito educados e gentis. Recomendo muito.

Atendimento muito simpático, quartos com vistas maravilhosas (se puder, escolha os dos fundos, onde a vista é espetacular). Café da manhã simples, mas que atende perfeitamente. Tivemos dificuldades com a válvula de descarga do nosso banheiro, que precisava de um misto de forca e jeito para funcionar. Fora isso, banheiro e quarto bons. Os donos são de uma simpatia cativante! Há facilidade de estacionar nas imediações.

La gentilezza è la caratteristica principale di tutto lo staff alberghiero. Siamo stati accolti dalla signorina Eva che dopo un buon latte di mandorla offerto gentilmente, ci ha illustrato con dovizia di particolari tutte ,ma dico tutte,le parti più belle da visitare di Taormina comprese conferenze e iniziative varie. La struttura è un po' vecchiotta ma pulita. Il personale è attento ad ogni esigenza: Lo scarico del bagno non funzionava e prontamente sono intervenuti! Si è allagato il bagno per una perdita e sono prontamente intervenuti! Il televisore non funzionava e sono prontamente inter enuti! La colazione ottima e abbondante. Grazie di tutto!!!

Basic, affordable accommodation that is conveniently located, clean and functional. The staff were tremendous; friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was better than we were expecting.

Great location for us, walking distance from hotel to the town centre, shopping, restaurants, coffee shops and bus stops. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Convenient location, simple but nice room, friendly and helpful staff. They one slight downside of the central location was that my room overlooked a rather well trafficked road, which was quite load late into the night. Overall, great stay though.

Sono stato qui con la mia compagna per un fine settimana. Purtroppo non ci siamo trovati per niente bene. Vi spiego il perchè. Personale gentilissimo nulla da dire. Pulizia ok ma per quanto riguarda la mia camera mobili vecchi e la cosa che più mi ha lasciato senza parole è stato il bagno. Doccia inesistente privo di box. Quindi dopo una doccia bagno allagato quindi inutilizzabile e rischiando di scivolare. Catena dello sciacquone era del 1940. Nemmeno mia nonna la aveva. Sulla colazione nulla da dire. Sconsigliatissimo. Per la cifra di 82 euro incluso tassa di soggiorno, ci sono tre stelle con servizi migliori. Io darei una stella. Non ci torno di sicuro.

Lovely place for a short break in Taormina and the area, we were well looked after by the team and they were very helpful with my mother who has mobility issues.
